Came into shop needing refrigerator for my daughter on a Monday and got a wonderful deal. They were even able to deliver it the next morning. It was a tight fit into her small kitchen but they literally bent over backwards to make it happen. Appreciate all the wonderful service.

We used Phillips Electric more than once and had no issues. This time I called and was told 3 times over 3 months they would call us back. Finally I got a hold of them again and they said they would check and see what was previously repaired and call to schedule. When I received no call back for the 4th month I called and asked if they were going to do the repair or not. The lady said " just call someone else, we are swamped. They could have admitted that 4 months ago. That would have been customer service not the runaround garbage they have given us. Needless to say I will call someone else and never use Phillip Electric again.

Scheduled a repair through Whirlpool, fill up electric. Never showed up called and said they just received the ticket. I told them it was fine and we rescheduled the day. Once again they called and said they wasn't able to keep that appointment And we rescheduled at this point it's the third time. A little bit of background. I have a dog that is for security and to protect the property. Isecurity kennel for tgese appointments each time and pay for it. On the third appointment they called hours before the scheduled time and said that they was available to do the repair then. He was already in my driveway so I told him to forget because I still had my dog inside the house. Over the spandex of this time it was 3 months maybe longer. We no longer needed them as we fixed it ourselves. A few weeks later I received a bill for missing the last appointment as if they hadn't done this twice to me! When I called they were very rude as I asked them to wave the charges and give the same leeway I gave them. I had to argue with several people to get it waved and both of them came off with the vibe as if that wasn't what had happened when they should have had each appointment in their notes and why they didn't service that day. I had no reason to say anything but the truth and the guy kept telling me obviously I couldn't read because the note they sent said something different about the balance when he realized that he never sent the updated paperwork that paper he was referring to he never apologized for speaking to me that way. So rude. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone for anything. God forbid you have any problems with billing because they'll 100% start acting differently the second you dispute anything. All kindness goes right out the window. In the end I will say at least I didn't have to pay and I never have to deal with their unprofessional company again.

We recently purchased a washer and dryer. We needed a few extra things done in the hook up and ask before purchasing appliances. Its my first time shopping here and now I will never shop anywhere else for appliances. The service, set up and pricing were excellent. The young men delivered and set up were extremely polite and professional

Great local store with amazing customer service, sales, and they deliver. The prices are cheaper then the big box store when you consider you are supporting a local business, they deliver, and they set up what they deliver. I don't think this business gets the recognition it deserves!!

Do not go to them for any kind of repair work. Waited weeks to get someone out to the house to check out my appliance. Then almost 2 month before I was able to get them to come repair it. Called multiple times and was always told someone would call me back but they never did. Very unprofessional.
