Persiano is a fantastic furniture, art and decor store in Rockville MD. They have a brand new store - just down the road from this one that is amazing. If you’re serious, make an appointment with John (the owner). Working with John is like being on HGTV. He can see colors and styles. He can see furniture and art in a remarkable way. His help - along with the large variety of beautiful stuff in the store - made our experience at Persiano perfect.

Persiano Gallery and owner Mr. John Hashempour offer exquisite and luxurious furniture. I have been thoroughly pleased with all of my purchases, artwork, fine chairs, lamps etc. In addition Mr. John Hashempour’s expertise with fine furniture is excellent as well as his business savvy. Do not order furniture from Persiano Gallery! They have horrible customer service. I ordered 2 night stands and 2 dresser which were suppose to arrive 2 weeks later, instead it took 2 months and when I received one damaged night stand they wanted to just patch up the missing wood. When I told them I wanted it replaced it took 8 months!!!! No communication in between all this waiting period and they even canceled my delivery twice for the replacement night stand! for all this incompetence I was not offered anything and just told that they lost money because I would not accept a damaged night stand! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM PERSIANO

Persiano Gallery has an excellent selection of rugs, furniture and lighting. I recently bought two rugs there. John, the owner, was extremely helpful and spent a lot of time helping me to explore different rugs and furniture. He brought 5 rugs that I liked to my house so that I could look at them in the space where they’d be going and I could look at them with different lighting. This really helped me because I needed to feel sure before making my purchases. I would highly recommend Persiano Gallery and expect to shop there in the future for other furniture and lighting.

Persiano Gallery is one of the finest furniture stores in the area. They carry the most exquisite European and American lines. John, the owner, is very passionate and committed to what he does. He is a gifted designer with great style. He works with you to help you achieve your goals in terms of the look you want for your home. He is reasonably priced for the quality of furniture he specializes in. Because you are also getting his consulting services, you truly get a good deal when working with John. My house had good bones, but needed his special touch to add elegance. John, literally, transformed my home with the gorgeous chandeliers and lighting, beautiful window treatments and a few statement furniture pieces. He also helped me utilize the furniture I already had while integrating some additional pieces to really make it pop. When I walk into my home, I truly feel like it's wrapping it's arms around me. I am so thankful to John and his wonderful, committed staff for all of their help in adorning my home with such beautiful finishes!

WE have dealt with John for over 10 years all I can say he is remarkable and a breath of fresh air to deal with he goes above and beyond anyone or business I have ever dealt with. Our last purchase was in January I called him and he sent us pictures of furniture and he delivered the furniture to Charleston . We are so happy we have met him he is like Family!
