The staff here does an absolutely fantastic job! Dr. Kepner did a very thorough eye exam and the refraction was spot-on. The sales associates then helped me pick out a pair of glasses that was in my price range and looked good. Finally, they were able to cut the lenses and fit the frames while I waited. This is now the fourth pair of glasses I've gotten there in the last ten years. Every time, I've been very satisfied with the service. I highly reccomend this branch of Pearl Vision

The eye doctor thoroughly explained the process and results of the eye exams for both my husband and myself. This was done in understandable language snd in a pleasant and unhurried manner too. I recently switched over to pearl vision after I had been waiting months for my contact lenses to come in at another company. But Dr. Kepner and the crew at Pearl Vision made it very easy to schedule an appointment and get my contact lenses within the next week. I normally do not write reviews but I had to say that the cost is well worth it and I felt very comfortable from taking the eye exam to placing my contacts on. Dr. Kepner loves what he does and this has been the best experience I received when getting my eye exam. The prescription is spot on and cant thank the team enough, also thanks to Tony for being so friendly and a great teacher when helping me put on my contact lenses! I will definitely coming back to purchase a set of glasses as well!

I picked this place basically randomly when I moved to the area by myself and knew no one. I have been coming here 4 years now even though it's an annoying drive with traffic, so that should tell you something. First Dr. Kepner is outstanding, he is thorough and very attentive. Several times during my exams over the years I was having trouble getting that "perfect" fit, and he was always patient with me and interpreted my descriptions into small changes to my prescription that made a huge difference! I also find the staff, especially the sales staff, to be personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. Every year it is a pleasure to work with them. I would recommend Dr. Kepner and this Pearle Vision location to anyone looking for an optometrist!

Dr. Kepner has been my optometrist for 25 years. He gives invaluable advice eg the best homeopathic treatment for dry eye. His expertise is so thorough that when I think I need a specialist, he treats whatever problem I have. The rest of the office has been there just as long and forms a dream team.

Dr Kepler is the man with the plan! We walked in as a result of some redness happening in my eye (no clue why,but it was bothersome for sure). Upon arriving the optical staff didn’t seem promising (specifically John) however that changed quickly as soon as Dr Kepner saw me sitting there visibly in discomfort. While he recommended I possibly see an ophthalmologist, he didn’t hesitate to get me back to see what is happening with my eye. For that I am grateful and I truly appreciate his willingness to try and help. For that,I will return.
