Stopped by just to see if they had a good used car radio. They had a few to choose from. wasn't planning on it but sold our old cell phone while we were there, gave us a good price. Left with a car stereo and bought a cell phone too. Service was great, prices great, will be coming back.

I went to sell a PS5 that was only 5 months old. No damages, no scratches and no internal damage. The PS5 only had 5 hours of play time and stayed in the box for the past 3 months. They low balled me. Did even give me close to half of the value they would sell it for. Since there was no damage they wouldn’t need to spend anything on repairs. It was a pure profit sale for them. They also didn’t try to work with me for a better price. I wish zero stars was an option.

No stars. I was gifted a brand new Apple Watch for Christmas and I took it to this location to see what I could get for it.

My issue is this: The gentleman dropped my watch 3 total times and I asked if he could be careful with it because it was brand new. His response was “oh it doesn’t matter if it gets scratched or anything, we’ll still buy it.”

That wasn’t the point sir. If I wanted to take my watch some place else or decide to keep it for myself I would rather it not be dropped by a stranger when I had not the pleasure to “accidentally” drop it myself.

I heard sometimes these companies and pawnshops drop your items on purpose in hopes that you’ll just sale the item to them and they’ll turn it around for a bigger profit. Was highly disappointed with the service offered and how my item was improperly handled.

Need better staff!
