I’m not sure what the issue is and why people have given poor reviews. If you can’t get through via email, call Paul. He picks up. Confirm what you want. They deliver and do a beautiful and professional job. They were able to get us the farm tables and 20x40 tent we needed for the weekend in two configurations. Excellent work and they cost significantly less than the other company we considered.

We used Redeker for our back yard wedding this past weekend. Paul was great and very accommodating to work with, and the tent and accessories (speaker system, tables, chairs, etc.) were all great. There were some small issues with the rest of the staff that put a little damper on the experience. The tent was set up early (Wednesday instead of Friday) which was great, but the linens that were supposed to be delivered on Friday morning did not get dropped off until 8pm. We were at the rehearsal dinner until 9:30pm so we ended up having to set up the tables the morning of the wedding. The most aggravating part was having no one answer the phone when we tried to find out what time to expect them after calling four times throughout the day. The tent was then supposed to be picked up on Monday, but on Sunday afternoon (with no notice) the van arrived and the staff started taking it apart. Fortunately we had taken down all the decorations that morning, otherwise we would have been in trouble. The few things we hadn't taken care of (cans/bottles in a garbage can) were thrown on the lawn. If you're going to come a day early with no notice, at least ask for a bag. Overall it was a great weekend and the tent was beautiful, but the small details could use some work.

Rented tent for a birthday party. Crew showed up day before and set up tent quickly. Nice crew. I discovered next morning they forgot side panels so I called my local Taylor rental whi had set it up with Redeker. A crew showed up in a couple hours and put up panels....2 hours before party. They too were polite and fast.
The take down was to be day after party in morning. By 1pm I called and left message. Within the hour got a return call that they were doing many break downs and would be there in about 1.5 hours....and they were. Again quick and polite.
These are some hard working people. I would use them again.

My wife and I hired them for our wedding recently. They were late hard to get a hold of and made a huge inconvenience for our setup. It pushed back out rehersal dinner and myself and our bridal party were there late into the night to get everything ready for the following day. When we had asked to talk to Paul before he left, he just took off without coming to us and apologizing or anything. We will not hire them again or recommend them

We were recommended by a friend to use Redeker Rentals for a tent for our wedding. We had to call and email him so many times before he even got back to us. Then he agreed to supply a tent for us and said he’d send over a contract. He never sent the contract so we called him every day for 2 weeks and left voicemails, as well as emailed. Finally my fiancé called and the tent guy told him he wouldn’t do our wedding because it was too far. We had given him all the information beforehand so he knew where it was. The person who recommended him lives in the same area and uses him often, so it was not too far. He is VERY UNRELIABLE and UNPROFESSIONAL.

Booked in April for a 2 week rental. Starting trying to confirm 1 week prior to scheduled setup. Tried all methods of communication. No response at all, did not show up as scheduled. Northampton Rental Center bailed me out.
