So thankful for Park Hardware. To have a locally owned and run hardware store right in the heart of Severna Park is such a big deal.

From having knowledge staff around to answer questions to stocking everything you need for your Do It Yourself jobs and projects, it’s a local treasure that’s right down the street.

Whether I need to grab charcoal or pellets for a weekend BBQ or a tool for a quick house repair, I love having a place right in town. It is such a time saver.

And being owned and run by a local family makes it even better. The Miller’s are top notch people and run a great business. Thank you Park Hardware!

I recently had an very unpleasant experience with a warranty issue and posted what was, at the time, a deserving negative review about my experience. The Owner, Rick, posted a response to my review wanting to know the details about my experience. I provided Rick with the details about what had happened, as the store Manager that was supposedly handling my issue was not truthful to him when he asked for the details. Rick was genuinely upset and disappointed with the Manager once he found out exactly what had happened and acted on it immediately. Rick stayed in contact with me during this period and advised me of some reason "staffing changes" and has been a huge help with my project I've been working on. I typically do not see this level of attention to Customer Service when a business or employee of a business makes a mistake and it's very refreshing to see that there are still local, Family Owned Business' that TRULY care about their customer's. I look forward to dealing with the folks at Park Hardware again in the future. They're a great group of people, who really do care!

friendly people, and they frequently have what I want, despite being small. This is especially true of hardware. I even found that they stocked bearings that fit the shaft of my delta table saw. Very impressive hardware selection, as well as the rest of what you expect in a hardware store. The people are always nice, professional and knowledgeable.

Absolutely terrible service. I took my GreenWorks electric mower to this authorized service center because it would not start. Weeks later I received a message that it could not be repaired because there were no parts. I went to the store several times to find out more information. Technician not available, no managers had any information, and no information on what was wrong or what part needed to be replaced. Pushed them to get more information from the OEM. Weeks later I was told that if I had my receipt GreenWorks would replace the mower under warranty. Gave Park Hardware my receipt. They submitted it and it stayed in GreenWorks inbox for WEEKS with no status updates or estimated arrival date of the new mower. 11 weeks after dropping my mower off at Park Hardware I received a voice mail stating that the mower is not under warranty and will not be replaced. Still no information on why the mower will not start and what part is causing the problem. Spoke with a manager who was essential clueless. I paid a $50 “diagnostic fee” up front only to find out the mower won’t start - obviously as that was the condition of the mower when I brought it in to Park Hardware for service! Manager could not tell me why the mower won’t start, what part failed or what it would take to fix it. Park Hardware’s customer focus, and relationship with the OEM, GreenWorks is just dismal. One of the worst customer experiences in my life. Definitely will not be shopping here anymore. If you are considering bringing your equipment here for service and repair - I strongly advise against it. My next review Will be for GreenWorkd.

Great customer service!!! I needed a 25 ft roll of a specific type of wire fencing, but was unable to find it at Home Depot, Lowe’s or Amazon. Park Hardware was the only place that could get it for me. I went to Park Hardware on a Tuesday to order it and I picked it up at the store Friday morning just 3 days later. Chris is the gentleman who helped me and he was fantastic. He even provided a much appreciated military discount.
