I am extremely disappointed with the state of this apartment complex. The maintenance team is unprofessional, frequently missing deadlines and making false promises about when work will be completed. The grounds are poorly maintained, with animal feces everywhere. The elevators have been a constant issue for over a month, with no permanent solution in sight. Weekends and busy hours make it impossible to get an elevator, and the management seems indifferent to these ongoing problems. I rarely see leasing staff in the West building unless they’re trying to sell an apartment. Additionally, trash is piling up, residents disregard proper trash placement, and roaches have been visible in common areas. This complex has seriously deteriorated, and the lack of attention to detail is unacceptable. Many residents have shared their disappointment, especially those who have been here for 3+ years. If we do not see a turnaround, we will be reaching out to Avenue5 directly.

I’ve lived here for 2+ years and have had nothing but the best experience with staff and any issues that need to be resolved with my apartment home. It truly does feel like my home because we are a result of the energy we give. I’ve lived many places and no place is perfect, but what I truly appreciate is when concerns are raised they are immediately addressed at Nobe. I love my views, I love the walkability but most of all I love the peace of mind I have knowing things don’t get swept under the rug but literally cleaned and conditioned. If you want to live in a area that allows you to create your own lifestyle while being metro accessible and walking distance to almost every need you could imagine consider this home for you.

We went to tour this place with my husband. As far as the process of the tour and leasing Jordan helped us and he was wonderful. He answered all our questions and continues to do so. He made the process very easy. He took us all aroudn the building and thoroughly explained everything. He even answered questions we had with the application. You can tell it is not just a place where they have to do their work but they actually care about people. Thanks once again Jordan.

I was initially very excited to rent here because of the convenience of Whole Foods downstairs and the nice views, but my experience has been disappointing.

First, the package system is a mess. Delivery carriers cannot access the P3 locker system because they don’t have a fo
b, so they end up leaving packages in the lobby or outside, making them easy targets for theft. I’ve had multiple packages go missing, and management does nothing to check the security cameras to see who took them.

The apartments are extremely cold due to poor window insulation, leading to high electricity bills in both summer and winter. There are also many homeless individuals around, and because there’s no front desk or active security monitoring, they manage to get inside the building. Some even sleep in empty apartments or in the parking garage, which constantly smells like urine.

There’s nothing special about living here besides Whole Foods, and soon, construction will start, meaning even more noise. Since the windows are not double-pane, expect to hear everything—traffic, honking, and even street racing. Overall, I regret moving here.

You need to live here. We were touring all the apartment complex’s in the Bethesda area. We decided to go with NoBe primarily for how great the building looked and how the staff treated us. Can’t recommend enough we spent hours speaking to Jordan who answered every question, showed us everything the complex had to offer, was transparent about everything, and was kind enough to go the extra mile for us that no other complex’s did when we toured (we toured 10 between Bethesda and North Bethesda). Thank you to Jordan and his team, this is how a leasing office is supposed to run.

The property management team at NoBe Market Apartments is excellent! As a woman of color and a resident for four years, I feel especially welcomed when greeted by such a diverse professional team that looks like me. Our property management staff are always willing to help, provide consistent coverage at their desks during business hours, and they greet everyone with smiling and friendly faces.

I find it particularly offensive to read reviews that describe a fully minority staff as "ghetto" and suggest there is a building-wide infestation of rodents and insects, along with theft and homeless trespassing. This is clearly not the case. Personally, I have never encountered any rodents or insect infestations during my four years here. I also make it a point to regularly clean and declutter my apartment. We are the sum of our choices. 🙂 CONSIDER THE SOURCE!

All of that to say, the staff HERE gives their all every single day, and I want to take a moment to express my GRATITUDE to the entire team! THANK YOU!

Living at Nobe for the past year has been wonderful. The highlight is the team. The Property Manager, Kaydian, has been very kind to me throughout my experience living here. If you have a dog expect them to be spoiled with treats and milk bones. Additionally, the maintenance team, Henry, Benji, & Shawn have all been extremely fast in fixing any problems I've had. The entire staff is very kind and have made moving to a new state away from home quite enjoyable for me. I feel very safe living here and would recommend Nobe if looking for a good area outside Bethesda. My only regret is not picking an apartment that faces the East or West. The views are incredible & I wish I would have thought of that so I could see the sunrise or sunset from my window.

I have been living in this apartment complex for a couple of years now and the experience has been amazing. The staff is friendly, caring and professional, from the leasing office, to the maintenance team even the cleaning staff that is here every day. The views from the building are great as well. I would recommend these apartments to anyone that is looking for a great place to live.
