I highly recommend buying all your fixtures from a local store like this one. We purchased multiple fixture for our kitchen and master bedroom remodeling project. Dave Patters was very helpful and took action immediately to fix any issues that arose. This kind of service is so rare these days and you would never get it if you buy online or from a retail store.

I’ve been waiting for 6 months to leave a review of Luis, Dave and New Luxury Baths and Kitchen. I wanted to make sure that any feedback I left was representative of the service and support they gave me across the entire duration of my project, from the assistance they gave me in evaluating and selecting various materials, ordering, following up with the distributors until arrival, installation, tech support and post-sales support. This was especially relevant since my project, which through no fault of theirs, was completely botched by the contractor I had arranged for. In the end I had to let the first contractor go, and go with a second contractor. The first contractor had made installation errors, lost parts, lost installation instructions, pretty much your nightmare contractor experience. At every step along the way Luis and Dave were there supporting me. Whether it was chasing down late deliveries from distributors, arranging for replacement parts that were lost by the contractor, providing emergency installation instructions and specs for the 2nd contractor who showed up only to discover the documentation was no longer present, etc… Luis and Dave had my back. Even when it came to chasing down mystery leaks in the tile installation, Luis and Dave had technical knowledge of installation techniques and common errors, and were able to provide insightful suggestions that helped me track down and fix the leaks. They even acted as intermediary with the parts manufacturer tech support to help me chase down and trouble shoot installation issues that my original contractor had made. Then once everything was done, and my wife and I were second guessing style/components, they assisted me with processing a return and substitute selection. The net of all of this, of course, is that Luis, Dave and New Luxury Baths and Kitchen represents the kind of people and customer service that you usually can only hope for in a world where customer support is in decline. I whole heartedly recommend them.

Luis and Dave were great to work with. We had a time crunch, as we waited last minute to buy a tub and vanity for the bath remodel. They showed us options that were available for quick shipping and we found a nice soaker tub and 60 inch vanity. The vanity arrived quickly less than a week, which was faster than they estimated. We are working on redoing another bathroom and will be using them again, 100% worth the time and money they are life savers.
