I had a great experience! They were super personable and friendly throughout the whole process. I bought a remote starter as a Christmas gift, and they made sure I had all the information I needed before purchasing. The installation was a breeze—dropped the car off in the morning, and by midday, I got a call that it was ready. No rush to pick it up either, and I was even able to grab it after hours if needed. Kevin was fantastic to work with, and I couldn’t recommend them more!

I give them 5 stars for service! I purchased a remote starter for an older car as a gift for a family member. It worked great initially in warmer weather but quit once it got colder. Brought it back to them and it was thought it just needed reprogramming. Again, it worked for a while but again failed when below freezing weather set in. Called and brought it back wondering if I'd wasted my money. They didn't give up and went the extra mile to find the fix that worked best on this particular older car. Very happy now as it works great. Big thanks to the installer and to Kevin, who kept the lines of communication open until the problem was solved. I highly recommend them!

I needed a new radio and amp installed in my 2013 Ford Escape, and Jeff, Neil and the folks from New England Mobile Systems really hooked me up!

My expectations were exceeded big time with the installation, the product they installed, and the seamlessness of install is incredible. It looks like it came directly from the factory with this new radio installed in it. Great price, quality, and performance! Strongly recommend!

Had new speakers and radio put in my 08 Cadillac. Love the new sound in my car and the radio is insane. They went above and beyond helping me out even taking a $ hit to satisfy me. Jeff was super helpful and knowledgeable. The installer (not sure of his name) did an amazing job and obviously knew what he was doing. Even tried to match my screen color to my interior. Today I had an amazing experience! This morning, I arrived at the company to make a budget. My remote was not working. The guy was very polite and was breaking up with another customer. He explained the service clearly and warmly. When it was my turn, he said we would need to make an appointment to do the work. But to my surprise, my remote was working. He got everything right in minutes. I highly recommend and wish from the heart for more services like this.

As we all know, it gets BRUTALLY cold during new England winter season. I finally decided it was time to either move back to florida or get a remote start for my expensive vehicle. Not many company's are willing to work on my vehicle due to it being a Mercedes. Company's either turned me down or didn't warranty their products. I found New England mobile driving by one day while on vacation and decided to give it another shot. I spoke to Neil and he was professional, explained the process, cost and most importantly standing by their workmanship and products. Quality comes with cost and it was worth the money.
