I've loved these guys since 2006. I won't go anywhere else. the last upgrade i got from them was a fast nvme drive for cheap like a year ago on the desk in the picture.

They simply don't offer refunds on a brand new unit sold to me a day later. They also said oh we can give you store credit. Like after it hasn't been touched in a still sealed box brand new They don't take it back. Customer service let alone matters the most in any business good thing I'm a high reviewer so I can tell everyone about the place before you find out the hard way I don't think my friends or anyone I know will be coming back thanks for the clear view MPC definitely not worth this store. Go visit microcenter over these timers all day. Simple fix to a bigger cause in the end.

Not sure what happened but today was a huge disappointment.
My dad has used this place off and on over the years but today made it clear not to come back.

They had my computer for a few days and my dad had dropped off the original charging cable plus a bag containing the original screws with it.
They were able to complete the original issue which was nice but today we received a call mentioning new issues had been found and a new price had been quoted.
My dad decided not to go ahead with fixing the new issues and we went to pick up the laptop.

Upon arriving, the representative brought over the laptop and I immediately noticed things were off.
Firstly, they did not put the original screws back to the laptop.
They didn't put ANY screws. I had to ask them "where are the screws?" because the entire backside was missing them...
A different guy behind the counter spent 5-10 minutes looking for replacements.
They REALLY need to organize and clean up their workspace because the second issue is that they lost the original charging cable that was dropped off to them.
So not only were the original screws missing, but now you lost the original charging cable, and you tried to remedy the situation by giving me some random charger they found on their desk?
I'm pretty sure this random charger belongs or belonged to another customer of theirs and it's just wild how unprofessional all of them were especially for the prices they are charging.
Unreal. Skip this place.

I wish I could give MPC more than 5 stars. Not only are the employees educated but they're not going to charge you up the ass for services. MPC is the closest you'll get to fry's electronics outside of microcenter. The employee's are quite educated and so friendly. Not to mention for being a small buisness their prices for hardware is affordable. They saved my alienware r6 from uncertain death.
