The customer service by the manager on duty, on Thursday, 8/24 in the afternoon was bad. Very unprofessional. I called seeking valuation for all three of my Montblanc writing instruments that were stolen from my car on 8/22/23. Because the instruments are more than 30 years old, the manager said, “I can’t help you find pricing. Go to our website for one of the instruments, and then go to eBay for the others.” Go to the website? Go to eBay? This company is supposed to be exclusive and exquisite, but I’m told by management to go look for myself. I would have appreciated better assistance. That’s not a good representation of the name and product. Disappointing.

Came in looking for a pen which they did not stock in-store. The salesperson took very good care of me and showed me other pens similar in style and price. Got what I needed and was in and out within 10 minutes. Very impressive service.

Paul and the staff provided excellent service over several visits, and were willing to go the extra mile while helping us throughout our purchase. This shop offers high end products and service to back it up. I ordered a pen online and received a notice it was ready for pick-up. I called to let them know that my daughter would be doing to pick up the pen and they told me 4 times over the phone that they didn’t have the pen and I should call back another time. They asked me my name and to spell it 3 separate times.

I insisted that I had a notification that it was ready to pick up and after the 4th time, the salesclerk finally talked to the manager and made an effort to see if it was there. She said, “oh yes it IS here” but did not apologize for having tried to turn me away.

When my daughter arrived to pick up the pen, the manager from the back of the store said to her “why are you here?” My daughter said the staff were rude to every customer who came in the store.
