Went there for a specific ceiling fan my friend had bought a few years ago. I was told it was no longer continued. The sales person told me to go to their website and look at the selections from the companies they use so I did. I found a fan I wanted that was a sale item (great price) and emailed it to her. She responded that she couldn’t find that fan at the companies web page, so she couldn’t honor the same price, and that I must have been looking at a different web site, as if I don’t know how to read. So I found the fan again (on Fanimations web page) and sent her the image and told her I’ll take my business somewhere worth less confusion.
After being told the fans I wanted weren’t available and sale prices couldn’t be honored, it became obvious that this place wants to sell you what they want you to buy, not what you want to buy.
FYI, folks, I found the majority of the ceiling fans they sell on amazon and Lowe’s and Home Depot’s were site for less money.

Customer service is great! Down side, our order that was suppose to arrive in three weeks actually took three months. Recommend purchasing in stock items if 90 day lead time doesn't fit your schedule.

Mark, James and Terry are very knowledgeable and friendly. I like being able to send a picture or an order by text to James and know it will be right and ready when I arrive. If he doesn't have something, he orders it, or finds it locally and has it delivered to my job site. Keeping me working. I don't just feel like a dollar sign when going in, it's like visiting friends. Thanks Mathis for keeping South Baldwin County LIT!

Great customer service. I rolled in at 4:55 looking like a schmoe and Katie provided excellent customer service. She processed my order with a great attitude even though I kept her there until 5:30. Great selection and prices to boot!
