First star: a building largely full of passionate people who love what they do, and do it well. (Read: people who aren’t the egomaniacal frat bro GM or any of his brown-nosing cronies)

Second star: they sometimes had A&W Cream Soda in the vending machines.

Three empty stars: starting with the aforementioned GM, who is a temperamental child who can’t handle pressure or stress well at all. This facility has potential because of the people within it who take pride in their work, but will find itself at the bottom of the heap because of the comical mismanagement, corporate overreach, and the people who just use their titles as resume boosters (which they’ll need sooner or later, because upper management holds zero loyalty.) Good luck to the good ones, but for the ones who made it miserable, I shed no tears.

My first day of working there 2 years ago, I was welcomed warmly and it seemed like a good place to work. One day I had to leave briefly during the day for a family emergency, and the next day was pulled over to the side and was being “written up” by my supervisor Jared at the time, for leaving suddenly in the middle of my shift, for having to bring my daughter to the ER. Favoritism the entire time I was there. The “head hauncho” of cultivation, Kevin, was the worst manager I ever had. Very arrogant, stuck up attitude and always had negative feedback for his team. Was never happy with what cultivation was accomplishing, and was always allowing the “favored employees” hang out in the office. Dangerous chemicals always being left out negligently, disgustingly high temperatures in green rooms, always having to wear tyvek suits for mold being present in the plants. I loved the actual job and working with the plants, however between the HR team, Jess and Norma, who everytime I would walk by their office they were always on their phones killing time, or the supervisors who always had their favorites who could get away with anything, it ruined me ever wanting to work at another cannabis facility ever again. Was always on edge and walking on eggshells being afraid of being written up for using the bathroom after lunch and being a few extra minutes late back to work. Just throw out all of HR and supervisors and start over from scratch at this point. Don’t ever work here.

Save yourself time and stress and don't work here. This entire facility started off great but quickly turned into a case study of "what would happen if we put all the worst egos in charge of a company?"

The management is terrible, and any time anybody with people skills and a conscience makes it to the top it isn't long before they're let go.The amount of stress and toxicity at this facility is a joke, to a point where the 4th floor bathrooms were widely designated "the crying bathrooms".

Kevin, the cultivation manager, is habitually condescending and arrogant, spending more time working on excel spreadsheets than anything else. Any sort of concerns brought to him or others in management were typically brought to deaf ears. Zero concern for biosecurity lead to an outbreak of powdery mildew on the product, and the brilliant solution to the problem was to fire the only person trying to solve the issue (the IPM manager) and tell everybody to deal with it (with pamphlets!)

So like I said up top, save yourself the time and find a job in mycology if you want to work with mold, or maybe at a daycare if you want to work with complete toddlers.

I bought their wholesale flower the other day and easily one of the worst flowers I've ever smoked, and I'm not a picky smoker. The bud was full of seeds. Taste was lackluster and the high didn't do anything fantastic for me. Hard pass. Not buying again ever

the flower i’ve sampled from this place is low grade dried up marijuana with ridiculous names a 3 year old probably picked out. anyways just drive by the building a see for yourself. ask yourself if you want to injust anything coming from that building

Massgrow has fantastic flower for great prices. They hit as small speed bump with the whole cookies debacle but since have come out with some great products.

Also take google reviews with a grain of salt, the person below claiming their pre rolls are not right is incorrect. Buds come in all different structures, some break up fine and some nice and fluffy. There is not a single cultivator who will gip you as that would create more problems for themselves. They are more likely to overfill than to under.

They have have people suiting up to spray their items with chemicals. They then have to irradiate the product, which elimantes all the stuff we wouldn't want to see on a lab lest, in a tube so it passes lab testing. The pre rolls are all trim folks. This is just another corporate cannabis company taking profits and not caring about their customers and patients.

Worst bud I’ve ever seen from a dispo. Grabbed from canna vanna figured I’d try something new. I don’t like bashing things but when your putting out a product this bad you deserve it. The” pie till I die” was absolutely disrespectful. Looks like old school Reggie and that’s not an exaggeration. Get it together massgrow stuff was hot garbage
