I had an amazing experience with Kyle from Maryland Tech Solutions, when my computer suddenly wouldn’t turn on. I was stressing out because I couldn’t figure out what was wrong, but Kyle quickly jumped into action. He ran diagnostics, pinpointed the issue, and fixed it within just 30 minutes! Turns out, a program was causing my computer to force shut down unexpectedly, and he not only resolved the problem but also took preventative steps to make sure it doesn’t happen again. Super professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Kyle and Steven are so helpful no matter what computer problem I bring them. If it is something that can’t be fixed, they always have a solution and then they assist me in getting a new computer and setting it up for me! Incredible customer service!

My computer was not turning on. The on light would fade even when co.puter was plugged in. I took laptop in, they were friendly and eager to assist. They listen to the problem and started diagnosing the issue. They jump started my battery and it started charging again. I really needed the use of my laptop and they were quick and to the point. Will definitely use again, when needed.

Found this company on Google, went in yesterday, 12/19/24 with a computer issue and no, I say the gentleman was so nice and so helpful that they now have a customer. They were very easy to deal with emailed me information an hour after my appointment showing me what I needed to get and it was just a pleasure to deal with them. I highly recommend this company if you want someone knowledgeable and easy to work with.

I could not recommend Maryland Tech Solutions more. They were incredibly helpful and did a great job with both the hard drive install I needed as well as diagnosing a problem I was having. I had to have a liquid cooling system installed last minute but originally they were not able to get it installed before they closed. I asked if I could pay extra to get it done in time; I expected it a few hours later but they had it done in about an hour and they were incredibly clean and professional. Thank you MTS!!

Computer issue on 1-1-25. Hubby took computer here for repair 1-2-25. In a matter of 20-30mins problem solved. Thanks to Mr. Kyle. Gave a temporary fix until ordered part comes in a couple days. Thanks Mr. Kyle. I recommend this location to everyone. I sent Hubby here due to their great reviews and their location is convenient!!!

Had the pleasure of working with Steven remotely today. I was beyond frustrated trying to get my printers to connect wirelessly. I had resigned myself to needing in-home tech support. Took a chance on calling someone local after reading the stellar reviews and I'm so glad I did!

Steven was able to connect both printers, install virus software, clean up my computer so it runs a bit faster AND was extremely patient, professional, and kind. The best part... he was able to do it all remotely!!

Will definitely reach out again if I run into more trouble. A great local business that does offer in-home support if needed, but very happy to get everything in tip-top shape remotely.

I've used their services years ago and they were OUTSTANDING! That's why I called them when my computer was having new problems. Steve was patient, thorough, found the problem and resolved it.
