I had a great experience working with Mark. I’m not located in California but Mark was able to help me select a stone and made the exact setting I was interested in via phone/email. He was responsive and had excellent communication throughout the process. He also provided me with fast overnight shipping and an appraisal for insurance. I would highly recommend working with him. Make sure to plan in advance as the process can take some time for a custom ring. For reference , the setting pictured is the Rioul in white and rose gold—compliments are coming in already !

While searching for the engagement ring I came across Mark's website. I found the perfect ring and discovered that his shop was near by. I decided to stop in and see the ring in person and get some more information. Mark was very accommodating and answered all of my questions. He had the ring in his shop and it was beautiful. I ordered it a few weeks later on his website and picked it up about 4 weeks after that. He was great to work with and had the ring ready for me just in time for the big day. Everything was a breeze! My (now) fiance couldn't be happier with the ring! She raves about how unique it is and how she can't stop looking at it throughout her day. We will be coming back to Mark for resizing (I guessed incorrectly) and to order the matching wedding band very soon. EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!! Thank you Mark!

I sent Mark my engagement ring (one of his designs that I still love) for necessary repairs after 12 years of wear. I was very nervous to send it through the mail! Mark was very responsive, helpful and straightforward. He certainly is an expert in his designs and knew exactly what was needed. He quickly repaired my ring, as well as cleaned and soldered it together with my wedding and anniversary bands. After he was finished, I had it back by mail in less than 24 hours! It looks beautiful and I am very happy with his service! Thanks Mark!!!

We ordered a ring for my best friends engagement and we were pleasantly surprised to actually speak with Mark Silverstein himself when we called to speak with someone. He was so nice and down to earth to work with. The ring came in 2 days would’ve been overnighted, but the was a delay due to weather. It came well packaged so there would be no damage and the ring holder box had it’s own light, so the ring just sparkled perfect when you opened the box. So the whole experience was perfect for all of us! Would definitely recommend him to others. Thank you Mark!

Had an absolutely amazing experience working with Mark and Jan! They designed the perfect engagement ring for us. The diamond quality is excellent, and they were very responsive and flexible throughout the entire process (even being able to deliver under short notice). The whole experience felt very personal and tailored to exactly what we had in mind.

They were also very diligent and attentive during the shipping process, ensuring the ring was delivered safe and on time.

Mark is such an amazing person as well as an incredible designer. We had decided to stop by a jewelry store and he was there showing his collection. We fell in love with all of his designs and chose a gorgeous ring that had just made its debut.
