We started our search through the text option on Malouf’s website. After providing information as to the furniture we were in need of, our salesperson, Tom Francis, who by the way, was spot-on with our wants, met us at the store the next day. He showed us the items we had talked about but did not push us. He encouraged us to look around. There was no need to continue the search. Easiest purchase EVER. In addition, Jeremy assisted via text option also. From internet to completion, this experience has been nothing except PERFECT. I am sorry we failed to get the young lady’s name that completed the sale for us but she was also so quick and precise. We will be back. Thanks to all.

We had a wonderful experience at Malouf Furniture. We worked with Lana, who went above and beyond helping us find our style and furnishings for our condo, while being sensitive to our budget. We do not live in the area so we were dependent on Lana’s excellent communication and design skills and her friendliness and eagerness to keep us in the loop was greatly appreciated. We are so happy with all the furniture and accessories and the quality is excellent. I will continue to use Malouf for any home furnishing needs in the future.

What a wonderful experience! Tommy was such a pleasure to work with and he helped us with designing pieces which were exactly what we were looking for. It was like sitting down with a friend and exploring options and possibilities vs. sitting with someone who was trying to fit us into what was available in stock. We were immediately greeted and informed about the different areas of the store. Our salesperson was Tom at the Malouf Foley store and he was amazing! He was not only very knowlegeable and helpful, but very friendly and a pleasure to work with. If you want an enjoyable experience looking for furniture, we would totally recommend working with Tom, he is definitely 5 stars!

Lana was amazing in helping us furnish our condo! She listened to us to truly grasp what our vision was. Since we live out of state, it could have been so difficult, but Lana exceeded our expectations in her design expertise. She went to our condo multiple times to make sure measurements were accurate, and she was there when the pieces were delivered to make sure everything was just right. If there happened to be any issues, she promptly took care of it for us. I was able to relax knowing she was taking care of it all. When we decided to add to our order, Lana once again knew exactly what we wanted. I highly recommend Malouf and Lana, specifically. We will definitely look to Malouf for our future design needs!

I needed a chair that I could get out easily. At Malouf, salesperson Tom listened closely to my needs and showed me several great choices. We purchased our Bassett Levitation Love Seat just over 1 year ago. Robin was great to work with and we are very satisfied with our purchase. In the past couple weeks a mechanical issue has developed with the recline mechanism on the right side of the love seat. We contacted Malouf Furniture about a warranty repair. Cindy got right on it. The repair has not been completed at the time of this review writing, but I am very confident the repair will be made soon and to our satisfaction. My wife and I will do business with Malouf again.

Fantastic customer service and a tremendous selection of gorgeous furniture and accessories. Tom is patient and has tons of great ideas. The ladies who schedule deliveries were super friendly and accommodating. Lastly, the guy who loaded part of our order into our car for us was very nice and careful. Our first experience at Malouf was great, can’t wait to return!
