I ordered a pair of versace glasses and I then sent them to loxottica because a screw fell out. These people took a whole month to send me the wrong pair of glasses. These people took female version when i originally sent them the larger male Versace glasses. Stay away from them if you can.

You all have a serious internal theft problem at your warehouse in McDonough Ga. I ordered a pair of glasses at Macy SUNGLASS HUT AND THE GLASS CASE WAS EMPTY when it SHOWED UP to my
Home through my courier . I am asking for an open investigation with the warehouse and USPS . The box was not tampered at all . The Lenox story Macy has stated this is nothing new with this warehouse as I am one of many . This is disheartening but i am
Still waiting after two weeks for them to send another pair . I will be taking action on making sure that warehouse is doing some sort of investigation internally . Sad!!!

They took a month to make my lenses… ONE MONTH. They constantly pushed my order back and continued to give me false delivery times and just barely got my order out. Worst experience you can get from this place. They didn’t bother signing for inspection to prevent liability, how pathetic

A few months ago, I bought these expensive smart sunglasses with prescription transition lenses from Ray Ban, a brand that I thought that's supposed to be the best for sunglasses.
I ordered from Sunglass Hut and almost 2 months later I received my glasses for pickup at store.
I've been using it for less than 6 months and for my surprise the device stopped working.
I contacted Ray Ban and they sent me an empty box for warranty returning. After 2 months I finally got the answer: - The only option that you have is buying another one and you have 3 days to accept the offer (29,00 less than Costco!!!)
It has been frustrating. I thought Luxottica was supposed to have a better quality and a better customer service!!! Especially for an expensive item like this!
