Be sure to verify that the model number on the price tag matches the appliance it is on. 2/5 of the top load washers when I was there did not match the tag. The price on them was higher than the same appliance sold online brand new. When I showed them this. They cut the price in half. Also, compare the list price that they discount to the price offered at a the Brockton Lowes.

We got few appliances delivered for our rental units- there’s variety for sure! but can never know-it’s all luck. But they do free returns in first 48 hours if appliances break. Thats a relief!

BEWARE! We purchased a refrigerator and a dishwasher from this store in April. The dishwasher was not a good buy. We have had issues with it since the first week. I have made several phone calls and even gone into the store. Have contacted GE and the protection plan I purchased. No one is able or willing to help solve the issue in a timely manner. To be with out an appliance for 11-12 weeks in just not acceptable. GE finally sent out a service person who tells me it was sold to Me with a faulty hose that should have been replaced. This hose is on back order and will not be available for almost 3 months. I stopped back in the store today to see if the manager may be of some help. Although he did offer his email to me and offered to follow up. The other employee was rude and very short. Talked over me as I was trying to speak with the manager and gave me total attitude. I had experienced this before on the visit into the store to get an additional copy of my receipt and also on the phone. I take leaving reviews very seriously as it can directly hinder a company’s business but listing This as a warning. Do your homework. Look into the products purchased here and make sure they are not recalled or in need of repairs. I did not and now I am stuck with a bad appliance and also an establishment who is not willing to stand behind the products they sold. An appliance should last more than 4 months.

All I can say is if you are purchasing a refrigerator there GET THE WARRANTY because they way they handle those over $1,000 refrigerators is ridiculous.. Slamming them around.. Not once but twice.. All the while we are shopping for a fridge.. My husband called him out on it.. The guy said.. You should see what happens when they get dropped off😳
Long story short we did not purchase a refrigerator! (I KNOW THEY'RE DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS BUT STILL IT'S A LOT OF MONEY TO BE SLAMMING AROUND ?!?!)
HOWEVER.... They had a ton of other products that were fine I'm sure.. Like this mint green grill I thought was nice 🤷

We purchased 3 appliances at this outlet; 2 of them ended up with problems. Because we knew we were buying open box items that could have problems, we specifically asked if Lowe's provided warranties for the items. We were assured that Lowe's covered parts and labor for a year. Turns out they do not. After multiple phone calls and endless time on hold, I was told I'd need to contact the manufacturer. I objected as we had very specifically asked if LOWES covered the warranty as we were purchasing store models. Needless to say, they said I was given the wrong information and was now on my own. That's the end of my relationship with any Lowe store, ever. If the prices seem too good to be true, they probably are. Now I'm stuck with defective equipment that I need to pay to fix (likely wiping out any savings from outlet shopping). Better to wait for a long weekend and get new appliances on sale... somewhere other than Lowes.

*edited review* It's now 3 weeks later, I've still not gotten my refund, called store every day over 20 min wait each time, called corporate no results. Called store now they don't even have my sale in the system, I have my receipts, if they can't find my sale how will they honor my warranty. Not a very Happy customer right now!*

Prices are great but the service sucks. I purchased a LG laundry tower. The salesperson failed to remind me I needed a plug for the dryer which they sell there. I had to order one from Amazon which was delayed so I had to wait til after delivery to set up which I paid extra for. You only have 2 days to return so if you don't have the supplies needed to make sure it works you could be screwed. I also paid 100.00 to take away my old set but I had a recyclers come get them before delivery so I called and they said yes they will refund me as soon as I accept delivery and the drivers confirm no old units picked up. Here it is 2 weeks later and I've yet to be credited, can't call the store because no one answers or you wait 20 minutes for someone who says I don't know let me have someone call you back. Waiting patiently for my refund. Despite all of that, 2 weeks in and I'm love with my new set which had 1 little dent but changed the original sale price at over 2600.00 to 999.00. Can't beat the deal.
