Lack Clarity and understanding. I asked could’ve use acima finance on the tires I chose and was told yes. However when it came to pay the gentlemen said I couldn’t use it for used tires. When asked what did he think I was asking he stated I thought you wanted to see them. I’d never use this company again. Good luck

Had a terrible experience with this guys.
Back in spring’24 they remounted 4 tires for me and charged fair.
Now in December’24 they remounted 8 more tires for my family. This time they charged way more then last time, but worst of all non of the tires were balanced. I had to come back there 3 times to redo it, but the way they stick on those weights they didn’t stay on. Some of those weights fell of and now I need to rebalance my tires once again.
Very not happy with the service and how much I paid for it.

Outstanding service! We highly recommend you go there for tires. I went in and ordered 2 tires and they had them the very next day and balanced and put them on. We will be going back for the 2 front tires very soon. Top notch service!

Not big on giving bad reviews but if I could, Id give them 0 stars, because they don’t deserve to be in business. I started off with a pleasant visit back in may. The guy who put our tire on, was fair with the price and kind. I return with another tire needing to be replaced and the guy I spoke with this time was very rude and attempted to over charge me, he was by himself that day and I didn’t see my kind friend from before so I decided not to judge the business based on one guys foolery and just brought my business elsewhere. A few months later, during getting our brakes fixed, the mechanic and even roadside assistance could not remove the bolts for they were put on way too tight, I was advised to return to the place who put the tire on. When I got to Louie tires, the staff was very rude and refused to even look at it asking for my receipt. Upon showing proof of a tire put on only 3 months prior by their business, they staff told me it was no longer there problem and even said I was lying about getting the tire even tho I had proof and told me I had to pay. This place has stripped all my treading on my tires bolts and would even agree to take them off for me so which all bolts need to be replace because of their lack of doing the job correctly. Don’t take the cheap way y’all and get a reputable tire spot.

Unexpectedly needed a tire.. I went to another shop first and then to Louie, and the price was unbeatable for the quality of tire I purchased. The owner is always pleasant and made sure I was good!! Great service. This is my 2nd time here and I am a satisfied customer!
