Our experience has been great with these cameras. Tech support is great and fast. Easy to install and very sturdy. Not flimsy like other ones we’ve had. I see some people had bad experiences with it but not us. We even bought a doorbell for my mother-in-law. I like that we don’t have to pay for a subscription like the others.

Bought a 2K wireless doorbell which stated it was compatible with the NVR I purchased. This was not the case. The company disclosed to me that they missed up the new battery doorbell product and it doesn't work with NVRs wirelessly. They said if I hooked it up to a hard wire, it would work. So, I got an election and did just that. It still didn't work. I called back to get a return, and they refused stating it's past the 30 day return timeframe. I escalated to their head office and they decline to allow the return. Thiis should be a class action lawsuit type thing. They are still stating online it works with Fusion NVRs and the original models do not. This customer service is terrible and what they did is beyond wrong!

These cameras are junk. I had multiple devices replaced in the first few months. They would not refund them even though they didn’t work properly. Their costumer service is as bad as the product! Please look elsewhere if you want cameras that actually work properly.

I had a password issue. So I went through the very tedious process of requesting help through their online support. I did this on Sunday. I received an email that they had received it. Then i immediately received another email that the ticket was completed and closed. I thought maybe I would hear something during office hours the first part of the week, but no. So I call today, Thursday. I spoke to Eunice. She was very polite. But stated she could not help me because I submitted my request on Sunday. She informed me I would have to resubmit my request. I told her I would not go through the tedious process of doing that again. I told her with technology today, they certainly still have access to that info. She kept telling me I would have to submit my request again. so I kept asking to speak to her supervisor. Well, she finally sent me a temporary password so I could reset it. Their policy is so ridiculous. 30 minutes of my time to get the help I needed.

I sent 1200.00 on a security system from Lorex, and then I added a few other cameras. The original door bell burnt out and I ordered a new one. The box went to my neighbors house. I spoke to my neighbor and he claims he gave it back to UPS, I check we driver and corp.office and they never got the box back. So I called Lorex and was told I'm out of $150.00 because they refuse to reship a door bell which probably cost them less than 10.00 to make out of China. With all the calls, etc I got nowhere with this guy on the phone, his attitude was like Screw You, It's your Problem. So I went to my CC company and put in a complaint against them and I'm hoping to get back my money or maybe someone there will get off their high horse and make things right. Waiting to settle and may start looking for a better company. Thank Lorex good way to treat Seniors.

There have been multiple significant changes made to the software AFTER we purchased these cameras. Deceptive! Customer service is argumentative, refuses or unable to answer basic questions. Was put on hold for an unreasonable amount of time. The language barrier severely impacts communication. Their MO is delay, ditch, duck and hide. We spent quite a bit on this system - we will never do business with them again. Our Ring doorbells are much more reliable, easy to customize, easy to use, and we have not had trouble with them. Much less expensive, too!

Lorex 4K cameras are junk in less than a year I had four go bad they would not warranty the last one Costco is supposed to have a 2-year extended warranty they are also not honorable they wouldn't warranty it
good but what good ist it if you have 4 out of 8 bad cameras now im on 5th one going bad. Costco does not honor their warranty.
