Long Roofing was very expensive giving me a roof estimate for 27 squares with a warranty for $29000. They also took pictures of the attic. They were very high with the estimate. The sales person did his best addressing my questions.

Heather, the Project Manager, is out of her mind. Very standoffish. We had a bad install and she came over to discuss how to remedy the issues. Heather was a bull in a china shop - argumentative and angry.

Any company can make a mistake or have an issue, it is how you handle the mistake that makes the difference.

Would not recommend.

Long Home Products replaced our 14 windows and patio door on Feb 11. The quality of the windows and ease of use are a huge improvement over our 37 year old Anderson windows. Best of all, their staff was informative, professional, skilled, and courteous every step of the way. This was the very best experience I've had with home improvement contractors, and I highly recommend them.

Hunter was wonderful explaining to us all the options of a tub to shower conversion. He answered all of our questions and took his time allowing us to make a decision. Hunter was personable and very polite. We asked for honesty and he certainly was!
