Read the numerous reviews shouting out Caesar for his professionalism and knowledge before giving Lightwerkz Global a call myself. The reviews did not disappoint and through my call with Caesar he answered all my questions as I was debating between OEM HIDs or Morimoto headlights for my ‘15 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude with stock halogens. Caesar’s knowledge pointed me in the right direction and I absolutely love the drastic improvement the Morimoto headlights provide. A literal night and day difference. Aesthetically the Morimoto headlights provide an updated facelift to my 9 year old Jeep with the black housing.

Lightwerkz is awesome. They are incredibly knowledgeable and their service is awesome. I shipped my headlights and one of them arrived broken. Caesar gave me multiple options to solve the problem and even found a replacement light on eBay for me. I bought it and had it shipped directly to Lightwerkz. Using that light they quickly finished my project that involved the replacement of the lenses on my Porsche headlights. They went above and beyond! I can't recommend them enough!

They replaced the lens for my Porsche 911/997. When I received them back one was perfect but the second would not mount in place properly. I took a couple of pictures and measurements and the second lens was not seated on the housing exactly correct. They supplied a UPS return label for a re-work. I received it back, including UPS both ways, in 6 working days. The fit was perfect. Everyone does not get everything perfect the first time. But perfect execution of a correction is a sign of great service.

I had a great experience working with Caesar to have the headlight lens replaced on my Porsche 718 Cayman GT4. He's very knowledgeable and communication was never an issue throughout the process. The turnaround time was great too. I dropped the headlights off on Friday. And they shipped them back next Wednesday looking as good as new.
