Wonderful experience with this company. I was seeking grease filter replacements for an older model range hood. I found them online. Their price was fair. Their shipping took longer than expected but in the initial message to me it was noted they needed to get the supplies from the manufacturer and then would ship as soon as they received it.

I was sent a tracking number when the item was shipped and it arrived the next day. It was packed very well. I will definitely use them in the future for any other appliance supply needs.

Bought an item online and had the option of picking up in store. Website checkout did not say that it was out of stock (later found out I received an email about this but it was in my spam folder). I showed up and they said the part was not in stock but they agreed to ship to me this one time because of the mixup. Appreciate the great customer service and communication.

Needed fixtures for my basement. Found some great fixtures at much better pricing than the big box stores. They also educated me about fluorescent light bulbs and at my request turned them on from the mid to top range in price. They have all the bulbs lined up in a row on the wall to show you the brightness. I was surprised at the huge difference in light & price. I stopped in a couple times before making a purchase. They spent quite a bit of time with me and were NOT pushy. Ended up we needed an additional fixture and I went back. They did not have my originals, but had something similar at a higher price. The boss gave me a discount but it still cost a bunch more for the additional fixture. It worked out and everyone compliments us on our fixtures. Oh, and they offered to load everything in my car without me having to ask : )

Unethical, shady practices. Yesterday I found Atlas PFL126LED light for good price on their website at ~$380 apiece. I called them and ordered 8. They took credit card info and confirmed order was placed. I never saw a email receipt so I call them today. They say a "security check" on my card failed and indicated it was declined and only way to continue with the order was a wire transfer. They say you can still place the same order. I tell them to send me wire instructions and I will do that. They seemed surprised but sent instructions along with an updated quote - not expected - with a price over $100 more apiece than less than 24 hours ago. They told me original quote and price was still good on the phone. So I check website and suddenly it has the price at over $100 apiece also. So I checked with my credit card company and they never attempted any transactions let alone decline any. They are flat out lying to get out of honoring price and sale, and well as manipulating the purchase process. I will be doing a BBB compliant.

This is my first visit to this supply co., but it won't be my last! The staff on the phone and in person were extremely pleasant and helpful. The prices were reasonable and they had exactly what I needed. My only regret is that I wish I had known about this company years ago!

Worst experience ordering from this company. I put in an order a month ago and never got my order. I had to call three different times and was assured each time that my order would be sent out each time on that day of my call. Not the case! My third phone call I did receive a shipment confirmation finally, only to realize they did not enter the my shipment address correctly! Do not order from this company or waste your money, time or energy trying to get your order sent to you correctly or even at all if you actually get it. -One unhappy customer.

Great stock of hard to find lighting. I needed a flush mount fixture under a 2 inch height. Found Lighting Supply when searching on Google. Ordered the fixture at about 330 pm on a Friday and it was at my home by 330 pm Monday! And to top it off, the price was excellent. Even after the shipping charge, the price was cheaper than the comparables at Lowe's or Amazon.
