Lighting Connections provides great service and support. If you have a home built by one of the builders Lightig Connections serves than consider yourself lucky.
They have a customer service system that allows them to find what exact fixtures you have in every room inside or outside your home and the parts to fix the fixture. In my case I dropped a glass sconce... Lighting Connections asked for my address and they knew the rest. They knew the exact fixture and the sconce that I needed to replace the broken one. Tabitha and others in the office were patient and understanding-- their followup exceeded my expectations.

Looking for a chandelier and I just got YELLED at by an employee and by yell I mean yelled. Whoever answered the phone when I called is REAL sick of “The Whitestone House.” I need a new chandelier for my dining room and picked one out from Z-lite online that I thought might work and started calling around this morning to see if someone carried it. When I asked the lady who answered today and I told her what I was looking for she lit into me, clearly mad, “Is this about the Whitestone house because…. Blah blah blah, she was going on; finally, not willing to listen to anymore of her frustration, I interrupted her and said, “I’m not the Whitestone house I just need a chandelier for my dining room,” and she actually started arguing with me like she didn’t believe me, “Are you sure because this sounds just like the Whitestone house…then she started telling me the address and going on so I interpreted again and said, “no I don’t live on Whitestone I live on ”. I can’t believe I was having to defend myself for some perceived bad behavior when I just really wanted to know if they had a chandelier. When I asked if I could just find out if they had it, she said I would need to call back and talk to her manager because she had no idea if they carry z-lite.

To rude harassed employee… go home, sit in the bathtub and cry and do some long self evaluation on your assumptions and reactions.

Not a customer, however was almost in a car accident due to one of your driver’s unnecessary road rage. Not only did he cut me off and almost run me off the road, he also cursed at me. Clearly not a great representation of your company. I’d recommend adding a contact number for situations like this.

After feeling like a tennis ball being bounced around among electricians and lighting service companies, I was delighted to finally have our flickering LED lights problem solved by Lighting Connection out of Buda, Texas. Working in our kitchen was not unlike being on the disco dance floor. One company blamed those who did the internal wiring of our newly-constructed home. Another claimed that the dimmer switch was not the correct type for the existing wiring scheme. Another group blamed the “cheap” lights and hardware. On and on, the game blame played out for over 21 months! One company came out and replaced the dimmer switch with a brand new one — supposedly the requisite, correct version. No luck! Finally Ambrocio from Lighting Connection visited our home yesterday and took the matter into his hands. First he installed a filter to rule out the solution options that he assessed upon his arrival. Then he replaced each of the six overhead LED ceiling lights with brand new units. He also corrected some of the careless, sloppy wiring which was done initially by the original electricians who worked on our house. He was friendly and more than willing to engage in conversation and answer all of my questions. Ambrocio worked efficiently, came prepared with the necessary hardware and tools, then cleaned up the area upon finishing. Unlike many other contractors who come to correct issues at our home, Ambrosio was careful not to break anything, damage any surfaces, or scratch our cabinets. He worked carefully and conscientiously like a true professional. Finally, our kitchen lights do not flicker at all and work properly in conjunction with the existing dimmer switch to create the desired ambient lighting conditions we desire. Thanks Ambrocio and Lighting Connection! Highly recommended.
