I purchased some lights from LIGHTING 4 DIAMONDS a company based in Florida in June 2024. I was told that the lights would fit in my specific location. When I received them they were the wrong size. I spoke with the owner Vijay, who was the person who sold me the lights over the phone. I notified him immediately as soon as I removed the first light and measured it which took 6 weeks to get to us. I contacted him immediately and he was hesitant at first but agreed to take them back since they were the wrong size and grant a refund.

He then had to arrange for his driver to pick the lights back up which he did 3 weeks later and assured me that he would process the refund to my credit card. He then told me that he uses shopify and the refund could take up to 2 weeks to be posted. I said ok and waited for a copy of the refund which I never received.

I contacted him again 2 weeks later he then said - the refund is being processed today and I will send you a copy. This never arrived.

I keep contacting him every 2-3 weeks over the phone and texts but he does not respond or pick up the phone. He is a person that is very deceptive and does not respond. I hope others would be aware of him and how he does business.

Anyone who does not give this company five stars has never been on a search for lights created specifically for jewelry presentation. I looked everywhere to get showcase lights that were sparkly enough to show diamonds in their best light and this company has come through for me! They even custom-made lighting for my Showcases and they’ve been on point with just about everything. I highly recommend them and their products are great! So once you find this company you need not look further!

In 36 years of business, by far, the worst experience we've ever had. Horrible, unsafe, zero craftsmanship products. Lied to constantly. $78.00 lights you can find on Alibaba for 23.00 delivered. I have almost 4 hours of video detailing our horrible showcases, noisy lights and the new apoxy floor there installers ruined. Worst decision we've ever made.
