Not a very convenient place to visit, parking is something to be desired. Street parking is very rare and space is very limited with more red zone than not. No parking in the front or main entrance as those 5 spots are for staff or delivery/maintenance only and you will be towed. There are only 4 guest parking spots for the entire place that obviously are often full, and the rest are assigned spots that are often taken by other residents who think they are more entitled than you to park in your own spot, and it's a long haul from the Home Depot back parking lot. Just have to hope and pray your car is still where you left it when you go to leave! Trash rooms are often backed up and over flowing, the drive in/out gates are never working, and the elevator almost always is beeping all weekend long needing to be reset or at least acknowledged. Key fobs can only be purchased through the office and are $75 each, and packages are often left out for anyone to grab rather than delivered to individual doors or put in appropriate mailboxes. And last but not least, pets are allowed which is wonderful but there are no designated pet areas or trash cans anywhere. Not too many pick up after their pets and there is waste everywhere with no repercussions, guidelines, rules, or common courtesy gestures to uphold. Tenants are mostly very friendly and it's pretty quiet within the complex...probably because the noise from the freeway is tremendous but it's just a quick jaunt across the catwalk to 7-11!!

Beyond an improvement just horrible and beyond inconsiderate tenants I hope something gets done about that. No one care about the weed smoking just go outside of the property no one wants to hear the fire alarm every time someone smokes. Which is honestly every morning afternoon and late nights

kids are playing from morning till evening and very noisy place even sometimes their parents are not there(worse than living close to a school ) non stop lousy noise ! The apartment management completely desperate to control them ! no proper entrance door ! We’re gonna file a lawsuit if they can’t do anything to control their properties! The stairs are very dangerous as well for kids to come up and down !I don’t know how they got a permit to make it but I know for sure if any incidents happen there (let’s hope not ) the property manager and designer will be in a hot water and jeopardy !

Lived here about 7 years. Its affordable housing so a great place to go if you wanna survive the high prices of silicon valley. The people are authentic, real to who they are all trying to make it and pave the way for their children. Management isn't always the best sadly but the units are spacious and nice. We have several convenient stores around us and the freeway is right there. Wonderful for commuting to and from work. Its not perfect but its home and what you choose to do with the opportunity is up to you.

Terrible . No air conditioning, no vented doors. No shade. Terrible management. No fire exits. But the managers can waste money on cameras and security but can't make renovations. It's worst then ghetto. Anyone happy living here is used to slum like environments . This is a total slum building, I only pray the decent old folks in the building get better living opportunity before this place crumbles . Also infested with roaches .This building is built like a PRISON.

The residents do nothing th hide the fact that they are ghetto, and do nothing to change their image. People come home at 10:00 at night, blasting their music so loud, it sounds like the band itself is playing in the parking lot, no consideration of others or kids that might be asleep. The residents act like trash, and management does nothing communicate their inappropriate behavior

The high-end of rachet. Free Spanish ambient music 7 days a week, unfortunately they only play it in the mornings ☹️😞 one could 💯% acquire less-than-reputable products/services from this fine establishment.

The property management is horrible. I have black mold in my bathroom ceiling because my exhaust fan has been broken for almost 2 years. I told the office and they do nothing.
