Over the last three years I have bought all of my lighting fixtures for my new home from Mark & Steve at Light Fixture Outlet. They provide excellent customer service during the sale and after the sale. Mark & Steve have supported me several times with warranty requests and are always successful with getting the replacement fixtures. I strongly recommend buying from this business.

Owner is amazing! Love this place! Nice humble light fixture outlet! Will have what you need guaranteed even if not available in store or at location, they have many manufacturers they work with and can order for you to get it delivered but only can place orders on certain day but you will get better deals here on top of everything. It’s helpful that They are very knowledgeable in their brands, including lighting and fixtures in general!! Would high recommend this place!

This is the best place to buy lighting. The selection is fantastic. They carry great brands and they saved me over 70% of what I would have spent in retail stores and even online discount websites. Mr. Blankenship, Steve, and Mark are so kind and patient. They all have extensive experience with lighting and electrical, especially Mr. Blankenship. We won't go anywhere else for lighting.

What a hidden gem this place is. I ended up buying what I picked out online, but they were lower than the least expensive online site. Some companies you will have to pay freight. The guys who work there are on point. The owner is awesome as well. Highly recommend

I went in the store shopping for a light for my kitchen with the intend to buy. However, I was push to the side when another couple from a different race interned the store. The guy who was helping me stop and focus all his attention on the couple. I was ignored completely and will never go back in the store. Everyone desire to be treated with respect no matter the skin color. .

"I'll be with you in a minute" "Oh, I forgot you were here." I was excited to go and pick out several new light fixtures based on the reviews. Alas, not a great experience. I totally get that he was helping someone when I arrived, but that minute stretched to 20 when he went out with the woman to load something into her car (I think.) Another customer arrived while I waited and flipped through books because I really didn't know what else to do after I'd look through the "showroom" twice while waiting. When the (owner?) returned, he began helping the other customer (who knew I was waiting- grrr) and when he saw me he said "I forgot you were here." No apology. No, "let me at least ask what she needs since she's been waiting for 25 minutes now." to the other customer Nope. He talked to the man about light bulbs, then they left for him to get a list of contractors. After another 5 minutes, I left because I did not fell valued in any way as a customer. Not even with the lame "Ma'am?" call out to me when I was walking out.

They have a lot to offer in the way of lighting and books to look through to order, just not a lot to offer in meeting this formerly potential customer's expectations.
