I purchased a new Weber Smoque pellet grill (on sale-$699, plus tax) from this store on June 30th, 2025 to use for the 4th of July holiday. This store was an hour away, but it was the only one in the area that had the grill in stock. The store employees were friendly, and I spoke with a family member of ownership for over 30 minutes after the purchase (he helped me load it in the back of my truck!) regarding his history and experience in bbq shows and demos, bringing different grills and smokers into his store. After a setup and initial start-up of the grill later that day, I tried a couple additional "trial runs" before calling the store the next day to let them know the grill was not functioning properly, and that I was trying to get this resolved ASAP for the holiday. The same gentleman I spoke with for over 30 minutes, and helped me load the smoker into my truck, didn't seem to recall ever speaking to me. Eventually, minutes later, he did recall that I bought the Smoque there the day before. He stated that he couldn't do anything about it, that he would have to reach out to Weber, and that he'd call me back later that day. I never heard back from that store again. The following day, July 2nd, in a rush to have a grill to cook for the holiday, I reached out to Weber myself, but made no meaningful contact until after the holiday weekend. So, no holiday bbq. Weber worked with me for a month troubleshooting the grill until, ultimately, the grill caught fire. Thankfully, noone was injured, and no property destroyed, only some staining of the concrete from burnt pellets and melted plastic. I learned in this process that Ace Hardware is a co-op, and that each store has different policies. I reached out to another Ace Hardware store in my area. They were amazed, and stated that their store would have just replaced my grill because it was within 24 hours of purchase. Nevertheless, I learned a valuable lesson with the holiday bbq ruined and, eventually, a fire outside my garage. Research your Ace Hardware store for their policies before doing business! If I ever shop at Ace Hardware again, there's absolutely no way I'd do business here.

Larger than most Ace hardware stores. However it's off the beaten path and not easy to find. You will enjoy the variety of items warning no lumber.

One of the largest Ace Hardware stores I’ve seen! Picked up some stuff for my RV, which is parked at Colinas RV Park—got a great deal there for just $650 a month. Brought my dog along since the park is pet-friendly.

The ace store is absolutely useless… They don’t carry several things that other Ace Hardware‘s carry and when you call to ask them questions, they have no clue what you’re talking about. Absolutely useless store…
