I purchased the 150 Watt UFO High Bay Lights and put 8 rows of 3 lights in my 50’ by 200’ arena. These lights light my arena up completely in a natural color, there are no shadows and they do not blind you. These lights turned on instantly in -2 degree weather and 105 degree weather with no problem at all. They were super easy to install and were shipped very quickly. Jeff was very helpful with all of my questions and stayed on top of our order. If I need any lights I will be sure to order from LED lighting supply again.

Terrible customer service. We ordered a light for our new business, we had to wait on some construction before installing it but when we installed the light it did not work. We contacted the company, returned the light and they told us that the light had come back in pieces and the wires had been cut out of it. None of that happened-I packed it up myself. They would not consider giving us a refund and we didn't do anything wrong. We are a small startup business and this light cost $1,000. I have emailed them once again asking for them to do something for us, either refund our money or give us a refurbished light or anything. I hope they respond.

UPDATE: The owner of the business contacted me and is fixing the light and sending it back to us. I am very grateful for this so I improved my rating from 1 to 4. It is not a 5 because it should not have taken me posting on public forums to get good customer service. It should have happened before I had to resort to this.

Then we received the product and has equally perfect. So much so I have more clients that want to switch out to the 100 Watt LED High Bay lights.

I want to give my highest possible recommendation to the staff at My LED Lighting Guide, 1 Chestnut St, Nashua, NH 03060. I contacted them a year ago to ask them questions about changing over my metal halide fixtures that light my parking lot. I wound up getting connected to the owner Dwayne who is a super nice guy… Very straight up And easy to talk too. He spent plenty of time with me on the phone and answer all my questions. I got crazy busy and did not revisit my need to upgrade my lighting until a year later and I happened to be Searching on the My LED Lighting Guide website When A pop up box asked me if I needed some help, so I began to transmit back and forth with Charles, who was extremely accommodating and very knowledgeable. When I mentioned how much difficulty I was having finding someone to install my fixtures he said “I’ll be happy to come to your place of business and install them for you”. And so the very next day he showed up at my place of business and by coincidence I had rented a lift truck and in the 95 degree heat he smiled and chatted with me while he installed both fixtures > like a pro. I cannot say enough good things about this company AND about their completely over the top, out of this universe customer service. Don’t hesitate. Allow them to serve you. And ask for Charles!

Once again I have more lighting fixtures that needed to be replaced. I contacted my LED Lighting and once again Charlie gave me concierge level service answering all my questions and giving me every possible option in a concise understandable format. We chose the lights that I needed and he brought 9 retrofit kits to my property. Charlie installed 8 retrofit kits, so now I do not have to change the ballast every time a fixture fails, with the 7 wires that are not the same color convention – very confusing to replace. Thanks to Charlie the new LED technology he installed is magnetic…so the driver, which replaces the ballast, is a small magnetic box and the light bulbs are magnetic strips that are brighter than what was there before and take half the wattage to run = AWESOME!! I can’t wait for one of them to fail 10 years from now so I can use the quick connect fittings and swap out the guts in about 30 seconds. I love Charlie and I love My LED Lighting Guide.

He help me understand very well what I needed so I could choose the best intensity and light color (kelvin) for my project. Jeff with LED was very helpful and knowledgeable about what our needs were. He guided us through the process to make sure we purchased the right LED fixtures to replace our outdated energy wasting Halogen fixtures. He also assissited us by working with our local energy company to assure that we received the maximum rebate we were entitlted to.

The best, pricing is good, materials defects are minimal and the few I have had were promptly taken care of. Neil is great to work with. He gets the information you request and always provides options when needed. At times it appears that they may not have a type of product you need but a phone call always corrects this problem. I have been spending $30-$50 k a year with them and never a regret.
