Called to order these bolts. Website says they're experts it's even in their name. The guy I spoke to his anything but he had no idea how long the bolts were yeah no idea the size of the bolts and then when I asked him how about buying them he said they don't sell them that they only come with the light fixtures themselves..... Call the number right off the website in fact I just pushed the button on the website the one that you see right there at the top of the picture ..... So then realizing I might have to go somewhere else I asked him what the weight of the light fixture and the light pole is combined so I can get an idea of what kind of weight I'm dealing with the type of bolts that they advertised but they man claims they don't sell and he just laughed"I don't know man" he said so I politely said thank you for your time and hung up.

I have not had the high bay lights long enough to comment on longevity, but they are heavy and appear well made LED and well packaged. Looks like a great product. I will see how long they last. Emailed in asking for help and I was met with professionalism and knowledge. Happy with still can get good customer service in this day and age.
