Where to start…. I have been LBX lighting customer for years now. Their customer service and friendly nature is the key to there successful business. Recently I have picked one chandelier and a week before installation I changed my mind for a different piece. Michael was so patient and nice and he made sure that me and my husband get fully satisfied with our purchase he did not hesitate to cancel our order and place an order for the different one. Even in this busy holiday season he made sure my fixtures get installed before Christmas. He sent his team a two days before Christmas to dazzle my house with my gorgeous chandelier even though my installation suppose to be after Christmas as I place an order late. Michael always go above and beyond to make his customers happy, and that’s the reason any time we have a need for new fixtures we don’t look around anywhere else except LBX Lighting. His team is very professional they came and install my chandelier nicely. I would highly recommend LBX lighting for all your lights and fixtures purchase.

He has An extremely nice and vast collection in the showroom.We selected these two chandeliers. His team installed the chandeliers with white glove service. We got an excellent service and price from Michael. He worked with us for the best price we could find anywhere (including online). We needed a fast delivery so it could be ready when my son arrives this week. He made no promise because his schedule to deliver was very busy but he managed to deliver our chandelier the next day. His suggestions were right on target and we are delighted with our purchase. Excellent price, excellent service and Michael is an excellent person.

A 10/10 for Michael and LBX Lighting. I won't buy lighting from anyone else, ever again.
Michael and the team were great to work with and we selected three possible chandelier options. Michael offered to allow us to swap options if the chandelier did not look acceptable upon installation.
Option 1 was installed, and upon inspection the installer and myself noticed a manufacturing defect in the chandelier that was difficult to see in the showroom. The chandelier was taken down and returned to the showroom. Michael looked into a repair, but that was not practical.
Option 2 was selected and Michael ordered the piece for us. Longshoreman strike and delayed shipping meant a long wait for option 2. The chandelier arrived and Michael and the team had the chandelier installed within in a day of arrival.
We live in Tomball and this required a special trip to deliver the chandelier. Great customer service and support for issues beyond the control of Michael and LBX Lighting.
We are very satisfied customers and looking for more locations to add some additional LBX lighting products.

Our front portal lamp corroded and broke down and we went looking for spare parts for a lamp restoration project. We stumbled on Michael's store; boy were we lucky. The store is absolutely spectacular; you can spend all day in there looking at amazing artistic creations of all sorts. Showing Michael pictures of our old lamp and some parts I brought in a box, Michael was willing to help us with all the specific details and parts for the restoration, but he advised us against it, in favor of a new lamp. He shows us an awesome lamp the same style as our old one, but larger and much more beautiful, and makes us an offer we can't refuse, including installation with his electrical technician team. Mind you this is delicate work at heights with ladders and scaffolding. His team of four came as scheduled and did a superb job, taking care of the most minute details, and working safely, courteously and professionally.
The end product can be observed in the pictures.
Not only do I now have a front portal lamp that is gorgeous and stands out from the street, but with Michale I now have a friend for life.

LBX lighting is the only lighting store I would choose for all of your lighting needs. My husband and I went to several lighting stores in Katy before heading into the city to discover LBX. First, the store is gorgeous; I could spend all day admiring all the different pieces. Michael, who initially approached my husband, son, and I really knowes how to offer a 5 star experience. What store do you walk in and the owner offers to make you a coffee or get you a water/gatorade? My son has expensive taste and immediately fell in love with this gorgeous chandelier. We where equally impressed and HAD to have it! Michael worked out a fair price with us. We purchased this chandelier due to remodeling our house. When the contractors were done hanging the chandelier, we realized we were short a lot of crystals. We had plans to host dinner at our house in 3 short days. Not having the chandelier complete would have been so disappointing. (Honestly even missing the crystals it was still gorgeous) Michael immediately contacted the warehouse and had more crystals sent out, but because the holiday the crystals could not come in time. Michael was gracious enough to take the crystals off of his display and give them to us. The crystals on his display chandelier where Swarovski, we ordered mid grade initially. Michael gave us 2/3 of Swarovski crystals to make this right before our holiday party. He didn't have to do that but he did. Because of the five star experience and unparalleled expertise, I'm proud to say LBX is our family's home for all of our lighting needs. Michael, thanks again! See you soon for my angel wings! ?
