Betty (Bellingham Office) was very helpful and explained to me how she helps out in the field and the office. I think without someone like Betty, being the glue that holds everything together, it would be a wild place.
Grace (Grafton Office) was gracious (pun not intended!) enough to help me figure out I was at the wrong office! She called around to the other offices to make sure I was pointed to the right direction.
I proceeded to meet with Betty once the plot plan was ready for pick up. The exchange was fast and easy.
I hope to have a meeting with the owner and other office managers soon.
Thank you for the pleasant and fast service for our DECK PROJECT!

Building a carport in the back of a single family home in Wrentham MA
Existing is an attached deck
Carport would require property lines staked and verified

Requirements:
Plot Plan drawn and stamped by a licensed architect/engineer in order to submit to the town building department for a Building Permit.

They came in very nice. Paid them upfront, job never completed and have contacted twice for refund have never heard back from them, they offered me $375.00 refund of 875.00 for work never completed. Funny I had another company come in find what they needed and did the job right the first time and didn't charge me until completed. Do not use this company unless u want to throw ur money away
