Frank was great! He helped me choose the most beautiful set of pendant mini chandeliers for my kitchen remodel. He was very knowledgeable and patient as he helped me narrow down my choices. My contractor just hung our lights and I am absolutely in-love with these beauties. I highly recommend this business! I added a photo of the lights, don’t mind the unfinished kitchen.

I hadn't been over to Lamp & Lighting Gallery in 20 years, but in October the cat knocked my best Stiffel lamp off the table and wrecked the shade and the socket base where the bulb goes. I took it over and - wow! - what an amazing job! They are so very knowledgeable and professional, and had the lamp back good as new in 24 hours for a really fair price (certainly way less than buying a new one!). So I brought in a little console lamp that had been sitting unplugged for 2 years because the bulbs were too close to the shade and had burned it. Quickly, they fixed that one too. Besides the great repairs, there are beautiful lamps and shades for purchase. I won't wait another 20 years to return. Thanks so much for exceptional work!

many reviews had stated. Great old fashioned kind of service,
which is hard to find. Yes, he will take your lamp to your vehicle, and make sure it's secure to get to where it will be going. I will go there again, and again, and again.

Customer service is excellent here. I brought in two shadeless lamps and I received direct attention and assistance with fitting shades for them. They even tightened and fixed up the stands for me while explaining each the lamp piece. You can tell the quality of the craftsmanship and care at this establishment. 5 stars, highly recommend!

Frank & Oscar have provided excellent repair & beautiful shades for every lamp in my house. This week, Frank and decorator Catherine Boswell updated the shades on these huge old Chinese lamps. The Gallery is a wonderful resource for all things to do with lighting. ❤️

Excellent and personal customer service. They can even make a custom lamp out of a hooka or cookie jar, or other treasured item.

Excellent customer service! Bought a gorgeous lamp for top of my piano (see pic) & went back today for help with a bulb issue on a picture lamp & Frank was exceptional, even though I didn't buy the picture lamp there.
