LaMettry was terrific to work with. I had a car accident that destroyed the front end. They had my car for five weeks, and while it was a long time, you don't know what will happen when you work with an insurance company and the people who supply parts.

Matt kept me posted throughout the process. When I first met him, he promised to stay in touch with updates via phone or text. He was true to his word, and Matt explained why there were delays step by step.

When it was finally time to pick up the car, the windshield wipers didn't work, and Matt requested a Lyft to drive me home. He purchased new wipers and sent a Lyft to drive me back after the weekend to pick up my car.

The amount of work my vehicle needed was A LOT. However, the result was worth the wait. The car is running well and looks great.

I had a great experience getting my car repaired at this shop with Suzanne Valerio!! From start to finish, she was professional, communicative, and efficient. She kept me updated throughout the entire process, which really put my mind at ease. She also made sure my car was in and out as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality. The repair work looks fantastic — like nothing ever happened. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for a reliable and trustworthy collision repair shop!

Thank you so much to LaMettry’s team & Matt for doing such a great job on my RAV4. Matt went out of his way to make sure I had the best experience, service, and he always kept me in the loop of what was going on. They had my car for 4 weeks, but it was definitely worth the wait! Matt and the team at LaMettry’s did a fantastic job with an insurance repair. Matt was very deliberate in providing regular updates and guidance throughout the repair process. They are strong customer advocates and do not take shortcuts just to get a job done quickly or to get rubber stamp approvals from insurance, which may leave you with a subpar repair.
