We've been using Lakeside Appliance for all of our appliance needs, even our microwave, and honestly we'll never shop anywhere else.

They have great products, customer service, pricing, and policies.

One time we needed service on a used washing machine we bought from them, and the techs were professional, quick, and tidy. The issue was simple and they resolved it very quickly.

Everything is working great, and looking great, and we couldn't be happier!

We came to Lakeside Appliance to buy our very first brand new washer and dryer! We always had old used ones. The customer service is AMAZING! Ryan was very thorough in explaining everything to help us make the right decision for what we need. I was surprised how much we didn't know. He also wasnt trying to upsell us. You could tell he was educating us and not just trying to get the most money out of us, which i appreciate ALOT! I ask alot of questions and not once did he make me feel annoying like other places have in the past. The guy who delivered it, Bruce, was also super amazing! He was very thorough in making sure everything worked properly before leaving, and he explained even more to me so I truly understood how these machines work. He gave me alot of pointers too. I also have a 4 year old who kept wanting to get in the way, and Bruce was very patient with her and very nice. (I got her out of the way don't worry lol) He was very friendly and overall this was an amazing experience. You can tell they really care about their customers and take pride in what they do. ALSO the price was WAY better than anywhere else we looked !!!! I would give 10 stars if I could! I could say even more, but I don't want to make this review tooooo long lol

5 stars! Very knowledgeable staff and great service! I originally called to get my old KenMoore washer fixed. Ryan made the suggestion to replace the water pump, and gave me the confidence to do the job myself. I then went back and purchased a stove and dishwasher. Raymond and Bruce came out and did an awesome job, and installed my new units better than my originals. I’m looking forward to purchasing another fridge from them in the future. I know they will help me make the right decision for my budget and do a great install. Thanks guys!

Could not possibly be happier with the service that I received from Lakeside Appliance! Specifically from Ryan who sold me a used dryer, and Raymond and Bruce who came to install it.
When I walked in I saw a set that was exactly like when I used to own that was great! In fact, I still have the washer although not the dryer. But it's the dryer I was after, so after looking at a couple of them and talking to Ryan, who is extremely knowledgeable, I bought the matching used dryer. They arranged to deliver it the next day between 11:00 and 1:00.
At 10:50 a.m., Raymond and Bruce showed up deliver!
After hauling the old one out, and installing the new one they found that the breaker had been tripped but when they turned get back on the dryer wouldn't start. Initially, Raymond thought that perhaps the electrical line had gone bad. However, he checked it with his voltage meter and it was getting power. So they loaded the dryer back on the truck, took it back to the shop, discovered that the door switch had gone bad (we are theorizing that the very bumpy ride on the crappy roads around Clearlake may have caused it to break), they fixed it, brought it back and installed it and everything is working just fine! And this was all done before 12 noon!
Can you say "customer service" boys & girls? A rarity nowadays but you will get it from Lakeside Appliance!

I've been a customer of Lakeside Appliances for several years now, and I've always been happy with their service. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
I've bought several appliances from Lakeside, including a stove, and microwave. They've all been great quality, and I've never had any problems with them.
I've also used Lakeside's delivery service, and they were very professional. They took the time to attach the wires and make sure everything was working properly.
I recently had my old dryer repaired by Lakeside, and the Mike was very knowledgeable and efficient. He fixed the problem easily, and I was very happy with the service. They've been a reliable and trustworthy company, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy or repair appliances.

The care and attention that these friendly folks Put in their work is astounding. I live in an old house (1935) and it can be said that the door frames and rooms weren’t built with large appliances in mind. Even though the challenges were daunting Bruce and Raymond effectively and efficiently installed our new washer and dryer units. Truly appreciate it!
