I love it here. We bought our truck in 2022 I believe from Kaylee, whom was awesome and not pushy at all. From start to finish the process was great. We continue to bring our truck for service to them and we live over 35 mins away. If I bring my kids with me, they are so kind to them and helping. Everyone who works here is always so nice and friendly. Jim who works in service is our absolute favorite, he’s funny, kind, and great to talk with! They have a great team here and we don’t plan to go anywhere else!

I recently had my Mercedes Benz fixed at Keene's Body shop. The work is absolutely perfect .Color match also . Dropping off and picking up vehicle was a breeze and the office staff kept us updated during the whole process. I live in Essex but the drive was well worth it. Ask for Scott he's the manger and personally handles every customer.

I took my car to Keene Dodge Body Shop and I could not be any happier with the service from the manager Scott and Rhonda in the office. They were very accommodating . Very surprised today to learn that the platinum rewards program that I purchased when buying my jeep wrangler is no longer being honored. I was told that it was discontinued as of August. How can they just discontinue a program I purchased when I bought my vehicle from them?

I would have second thoughts about buying from a dealership that doesn’t honor the benefits they promised when the vehicle was purchased. The program was part of the “value” of going to Keene and buying from them. Very disappointed and would most likely not buy from them again.

I had a great experience at Keene as usual. My wife purchased her third Jeep Grand Cherokee there. Our Salesman Robert went above and beyond to assist us. He even came in on his day off to accommodate my wife's schedule. Not to mention it was also during a snowstorm. The whole process went fairly quickly. Vinny made the financing paperwork process quick and smooth. No pushy sales or b.s. I would recommend to other family and friends.
