My mom had experienced constant issues with her vehicle which forced her to frequently return to the dealership. There was either a new problem or the same issue that recurred every other week creating a high degree of frustration as none of the problems were repaired. For example, the interior lights failed to illuminate, and the dealership service department insisted on a diagnostic check - just to change a fuse or a bulb? And she was left to change her own windshield wipers! We found JDS Automotive Center, described the issues to Steve and her vehicle received all repairs in less than a day. The interior light bulbs were replaced, the climate control was repaired, providing her with air conditioning, (and there were no wiring issues, as claimed by the dealership service department), and a coil pack/spark plug was replaced. Additionally, through a courtesy inspection, JDS discovered that one of her tires had two nails, which Steve plugged, that were missed by the dealership service department. JDS completely rectified the situation by repairing all of the issues that the dealership service department had either neglected or missed. It was evident we'd paid for dealership lip service while JDS delivered desired results through QUALITY service. Furthermore, Steve provided an education, explaining what the part was, described how it worked and why it needed replacement. My mom left the shop dancing and jumping with joy, grateful for the excellent service! JDS Automotive Center does amazing work, and this has earned Steve a life-long customer! Don't waste your time and money elsewhere- take it to JDS Automotive Center!

JDS Automotive is the very best! Whenever me or my husband have any concern or troubles with our vehicles they are always ready to help! They provide thorough diagnostics on the issue and explain what needs to be done in way that makes it easy to understand. They only recommend what they believe needs to be done giving us piece of mind that we are not over spending. They have amazing pricing and their turn around time is unmatched. We recently had our vehicle have some troubles and they had our car ready less than 24 hours after dropping it off. Amazing people doing amazing work!!!

JDS Automotive Center is by far the very best place in Southern Maryland to take your vehicle for service and maintenance. The staff is friendly and very professional. The mechanic who serviced my vehicle was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain to me what was wrong with my vehicle. He also advised me of additional issues found and provided his professional recommendations. I found their prices to be very reasonable for the services rendered (compared to the prices in the area from dealerships and other local automotive shops). In addition, I was able to get an appointment for service right away. The most impressive part of all is that their customer service is impeccable, top notch. I was very pleased with my experience at JDS Automotive Center, as it was my first time going there. Should you have any car issues, I would highly recommend JDS Automotive Center for servicing your vehicle.

I absolutely love my car! But I’ll be the first to admit that I knew nothing about how it works. That alone can make shopping around for automotive repairs incredibly daunting. When I searched for local businesses, JDS was the top recommendation with plenty of 5 star reviews. I called the office and spoke with a very nice woman named Debbie and was able to have my car looked at that week. I had never seen this shop before and figured they must be new to the industry. But after meeting with the owners who have a combined 40+ year experience In the automotive industry Daniel and Steve are anything but new. Both we’re incredibly knowledgeable and we’re more than happy to answer the thousands of questions I had. They were completely transparent about repairs and costs. Its a huge relief to finally have a shop for my car where I know they aren’t going to try and get me for every dollar. They informed me of repairs that needed to be done urgently as well as other things that would need repair/replacing in the future. When I went to JDS I didn’t feel like “just another customer” I felt they valued my time, and my business. I know more about my car now than the dealer would and it’s thanks to the folks at JDS. They’ll be my go to for all my future questions and repairs!
