Super bad and unprofessional repair service. It took them 3 weeks to come and repair my dryer. When they finally came, the technician “repair” and left the dryer unplugged and did not install back to the vent. Their reason? Just Because they find it that way. And needed another person to connected to the wall. They suggested send another technician paying $150 dollars more to connect the dryer… oh and “I have to look in the schedule to see when can the come back”. Why in the first place they didn’t bring a second person to leave the dryer properly working? I will have paid whatever is necessary to have it working. Oh, and the dryer in not even two years old!!!! Never using them again for buying or repair!!!

I can’t say enough positive things about this LOCALLY owned company. Forget the box stores you will never get this type of service from them.

From start to finish they are simply the best when it comes to appliances. Roughly 6 years ago, we purchased an entire kitchen worth of appliances from Jarvis, Jennair brand. Recently, our refrigerator decided to stop cooling, so I called Jarvis, and within a day they sent a technician to our house to diagnose the problem. After looking things over, and testing it was determined that my unit was faulty with parts that were not accessible, tubing inside of the walls of the refrigerator. The technician informed me of this, and got to work on researching the warranty and what could be done about it. I was pleased to find out several days later that a follow up visit was needed so that they could get on the phone directly with the JennAir service team to determine whether or not my refrigerator was repairable. This was all done behind the scenes by their awesome office staff. After finding out that it was not repairable, but still under warranty, the team at Jarvis did everything they could to facilitate an exchange with JennAir. That SAME DAY the facilitated a call from Jennair to me directly for an exchange unit. Wow!!

Today, my new unit was delivered by their very professional and courteous installation team. I received a phone call letting me know of the time window when they would arrive, and a follow up phone call when they were in route to my house. When they arrived on site, they took the upmost care in removing the old unit and then reinstalling the new unit. I could not be happier and will highly recommend this company for years to come to anyone who needs appliances. It’s hard to believe anyone would have a bad experience with Jarvis. Kudos for your great work, and an awesome team from the office to the field!!!

We updated our kitchen appliances with Jarvis Appliances at the recommendation of a family member who is a customer. We were pleased with the customer service we received regarding selection, measurement, and installation. Recently we had a concern with one of our appliances. Our serviceman, Colby, went out of his way to look into and take care of our concern. We greatly appreciate his assistance and the support of the service department.

I recently had a problem with my clothes dryer. I called their parts and service department for help. They recommended that I replace 3 parts. I purchased the parts and installed them. I had a question on the wiring for one. They took the time to look up a video that showed exactly what my question was. Now with 3 new thermostats correctly installed, the dryer runs like new. Their knowledge and help saved me from possibly having to buy a new dryer and cost less than $100.00!

Doesn’t stand by their products! Have an issue with a trash compactor they sold us. They said they won’t service it. “Our technicians don’t know how to service those anymore”. I said they have to stand by their products and they just didn’t care. “Sorry, thank you. good bye”. Not bothered by leaving us high and dry. Be careful buying from someone who doesn’t stand by their brands.

Look no further than Jarvis. The absolute best. We recently replaced our gas cooktop and outside vented range hood. The big box stores offered us the same cooktop at the same price, were not interested in researching what new range hood we needed, and told us we were on our own for installation. Then we went to another large local appliance dealer. They did the research, but would not quote a fixed price for installation. They offered to come out and look the job over for an extra $150, but even after that would not quote a fixed price for installation. Next, we called Jarvis. They sent a highly competent person out to look at the job in detail, figured out what new range hood would fit and offered a firm, fixed price for both appliances and installation. And their price was WAY lower than the place that wouldn’t guarantee the price. Yesterday they did the installation. It took some effort to make a custom piece of duct work to match up to our existing vent, but they installed both appliances in a few hours. Jarvis’ installers are true craftsmen. Bottom line: they sold us the appliances for prices that matched anything we found in the big box stores or online and quoted a very reasonable price for installation. And they performed professionally. Why would you deal with anyone else?

Had Colby come out to repair our Wolf Mic and he had that thing broken down and working in no time flat. Showed me how our sub zero fridge system worked and how to clean the unit. He was an ace in the day of bad service and poor quality and workmanship. I will gladly recommend these guys!
