JACK'd Carts provides outstanding customer service. An item I intended to order was out of stock. I contacted them via telephone and received a reasonable (and ultimately correct) estimate as to when it would arrive. Unfortunately, due to my cart specifications, the item did not fit, and needed to be returned. I sent an email and received a very prompt response and they worked with me to return it for a replacement. I also had a concern with a second item and they once again were very helpful. They demonstrated that they are an honest and reliable company.

We picked up our cart today. Our experience with JACK'd Carts was really great. Prices are very fair, we were treated well, everyone was very responsive and helpful. I took these photos after picking it up and transporting it to our little RV spot. We really couldn't be happier with our cart.

To say I am impressed would be an understatement! I finally pulled the trigger and got a golf-cart and has everything we were looking for. Everyone at Jack’d carts was super helpful despite the 1000 questions and being that annoying customer. I would 100% recommend going by if you are looking for a golf-cart as I have been riding in style down to Cottleville and even took the in-laws on a trip.

The service at the dealership for the sales process was great! Sales people were very knowledgeable and were very accommodating to all of our newbie questions on golf carts. Salesmen was not pushy at all and even made us laugh a few times. We bought a great golf cart in a Denago Rover XL. Highly recommend purchasing from JACK’d carts!

When we started thinking about getting a cart, I did a ton of research online. I had a few brands and dealers lined up to check out. We spent a day going though my list. Jack’d was first on my list and at the end of the day, it was the last. The guys we worked with were knowledgeable, friendly and not too “salesmany”. Super Happy with my new cart my German shepherd went nuts when she seen this in the garage!! The delivery was awesome I wasn’t able to be their to except but driver contacted me and I was able to open my garage from work made the process so much easier!!!

We purchased two carts from JACK’d and have been extremely happy with the product and price range we received on brand new EVolution golf carts. The carts are equipped with lithium ion batteries and you can’t find a better priced cart with a lithium ion battery. Additionally, the 5 year warranty on the battery helps keeps our mind at ease.

The staff here was extremely friendly, personable, and very easy to work with. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone looking for a new golf cart with plenty of warranties.
