Joe from management followed up after my review, looked into the issue, and got the price adjusted with a refund. I appreciate that it got resolved, but it’s disappointing that it took a negative review to get any real attention. Chris at the front desk didn’t take my concerns seriously at all and came off as pretty unprofessional, which is what led to all this in the first place

The woman at the parts counter doesn’t know what she’s doing, she says “you have to buy the whole essembly” even though these parts are sold separately. She’s also very rude to selective people. After figuring things out the right way she’ll then get you what you ask for.

I went to buy part from this dealer by 03/01/25 the sales person is very rude and very disrespectful every customer her name is apriil s she sayed I don't like my job. If she dont like her job she don't have to be rude and disrespectful every customer she net be quiet if she don't like it

Parts department, This is the second time I deal with a two different sales person. They are the most disrespectful and rude unprofessional salesperson customer service I ever dealt with.
I forgot his name, but I will go back or call and find out his name and I will updated the review But I would not recommend this location to anybody...

We had an electrical problems with our motor home on our way through Minneapolis. Stopped by on Friday afternoon but had to wait until Monday to be looked at. Monday morning they work on finding our problem. With over 3 miles of wire I was hoping for a miracle, however the problem ended up to be our main feed cable which were placed between the chassis and the body. They had to jack the body from the chassis to get to the cables. I-State has some of the greatest customer service people. They kept us informed 3 or 4 times a day on the progress of our repairs. If your in the area and need to have your motor home worked on. I would highly recommend I-State.

I’ve had a frustrating experience with this dealership. They were never available for repairs or oil changes. I recently went in for an oil change, and instead of actually changing the oil, they just greased the fittings and claimed they had done the oil change. When I checked the dipstick, the oil was dark, which clearly indicates that the oil change wasn’t done properly.

When I brought this up, they dismissed my concerns, saying my truck, a 2020 Freightliner with only 600,000 miles, had too many miles on it. Normally, after an oil change, the dipstick shows light, fresh oil, but that wasn’t the case here.

This has been the worst Freightliner dealership I’ve encountered, and I would strongly advise anyone considering this shop to seek service elsewhere. You’re likely to get ripped off.
