So much for Swiss made high quality. The company only allow full refund or replacement. I knew the unit would get demanded during transit, it’s from LM location to my house only 30 mins. It’s freaking heavy to put them in and out of box and carry downstair myself . Keep your box! 2/5 customer service. The outside plastic of unit is cheaply made, the filters is the only I care about, so far is ok I have seen. I am worried about the charcoal smell the other ppl mentioned now.

Update : we went to their LM location to pickup the replacement unit two weeks ago. So far no smell from charcoal filters. It’s fresh, clean and works well. I would recommend anyone in Los Angeles pick up locally. The unit frame is made from hard plastic which easily gets damaged during transit. Iqair’s filters are much better than whatever on the market. I have Winix 545 and it did not absorb the fire smoke but IQ air did. Their filters are very efficient. We went to pick up the second unit due to all these 6 fires going on in Los Angeles. If you have any family members that who is suffering allergies, dust mite, mold. I would recommend invest it on your health. Thank you for their manager Randy and Maria to help me to get my second unit.

I just recently purchased the IQ Air Pro Plus and I’ve used it for a day, the results have been great so far. The smell and breathing have improved dramatically inside my home. I’ve tested the air with a PM meter and the air came out to being virtually clean at 99% with the pm meter also showing little to none particulates in the air. I had done a test that produced a strong Oder in the home and the iq air did a great job removing the oder within a reasonable amount of time. I’m definitely staying with this company for years to come especially with me having asthma. I would highly recommend this product to anyone with breathing issues and or air quality concerns.

Horrible customer service! IQAir advertises a 10 year warranty on their air filters.

That sounds good, though for a nearly $1,000 product you would expect a good warranty.

The problem is that they don’t honor the warranty!!

When I called regarding a problem with my filters having a very chemical odor they said the filters are not covered under the warranty.

Unbelievable! That’s like saying your car‘s engine and drive train are not covered under the manufacturer‘s warranty.

Due to the allergy season and the recent fires in my region. I was constantly sneezing and had a stuffy nose that wakes me up nightly and was disrupting my sleep. I was in need of an air purifier. I was initially attracted to the modern look of this air purifier, a love at first sight. Ordered it and it came in 2 days.
The set up was very easy and the instructions were easy to understand. It looked even better in person and will definitely fit in with any décor in any room. The touch control was very unique and felt modern and well designed.
I had it set next to my bed and it was absolutely quiet and you can barely hear anything. The air smelled so FRESH!!! My allergy problem was instantly resolved and was able to sleep through the night the very first time.
We have a few air purifiers in the past and this has been the best one so far.
It is a bit pricy but in this case, you get what you pay for. I am getting a few more for each rooms and one for the office.

I also purchased car purifier and I love it! Makes breathing so relaxing and pleasant when driving!

I commute over 45 minutes a day to work, and everyday I cross the freeway so I know what its like to breathe polluted air and poisonous fumes. I use to have an air purifier installed in my car but it was so weak and did not make a difference in cleaning the air. With this product though, you can clearly notice the difference significantly. When on the road, the air produced makes you feel so refreshed and clean. This purifier is so easy to install and once installed, barely takes up any space leaving a lot of room or many other uses. The design is really what takes it away it has a sleek and modern look that matches beautifully with the interior of the car.

I recently purchased a Health Pro Plus from the IQAir Experience Center. Everything the staff has done to create the right energy and right environment shows from the moment you walk in the door. My experience was very educational; Steve explained the importance of the particulate scanner and demonstrated the difference in air quality from the inside vs. outside. He differentiated each purifier and explained which product would be best for my needs. I have a dog, live near a freeway, and I have awful allergies. The one thing I knew is I needed an air purifier, but which one was the ultimate question that would solve my problems. I'm happy I went with the Health Pro Plus, I was able to purchase at the site and take home in the same day. The set up was very easy just plug and play. I keep my purifier in my bedroom, and I can already tell the difference of the air quality based on my sleeping patterns, energy, and health. Steve mentioned the ten-year warranty, which is a great value add for this health investment purchase. He also recommended the PF40Kit which traps additional dust and pet hair. I am super excited about my new air purifier. Did I mention Steve was great!?...thanks, Steve!

IQAir Atem Car Air Purifier (Black)

The main reason why I decided to purchase this car air purifier is because of my 90 minute daily commute here in L.A., as you all know, the air quality in L.A. is not very good. I love the fact that this product is quiet, compact and it works!! I have allergies so this air purifier is letting me breathe better, less sneezing for me when I'm in my car. I'm so glad that it doesn't take up a lot of space. Perfect product for someone with allergies, someone who spends a lot of time in their car.

This air purifier is perfect for my office. I love the fact that this product is quiet and compact. It's the first thing I turn on when I get in my office every morning. I have light allergies and this air purifier helps to keep the air clean, less sneezing for me. I'm so glad that it doesn't take up a lot of space. Perfect product for your office or bedroom.

Allergy season is never a good season for my wife, so this year my wife and I decided to purchase an air purifier to help out her allergy. After we did some research and window shopping online, we decided to give IQAir a try.

First of all, we received the package a few days before the estimated date, and we love the size of it when we took it out of the box. This air purifier is designed round and flat, so it is slim and not bulky. In fact, assemble this desktop air purifier is very simple even without reading the user manual, and it took less than five minutes for me to complete it.

Second of all, the design of this air purifier is unique. Air purifiers from other manufactures are usually in a tower design and the air can only blow out in one direction. However, this air purifier from IQAir is user-friendly because with its round design and the stand I can adjust it to any angle that I preferred.
Finally, we can feel the difference just in a few days. Normally, my wife needs to use her nasal spray a few times a day to help her relieve her stuffy nose from the allergy when we are in the room, but now she only used it before our bedtime. Furthermore, one of our dogs would pee and poop in our restroom and we can smell the odor right away. However, after we have this wonderful machine runs day and night, the odor smell is not noticeable anymore.

In summary, this is not a cheap air purifier for a small bedroom, but it worth every penny we invested in it. We are thinking about purchasing a larger unit for our living room in the future.

There have been many wildfires in Orange County where I live so I felt inclined to invest in an air purifier. After researching multiple brands, I decided to buy my air purifier with IQAir. This has been a great purchase! My allergies have improved and my wife and I can definitely feel the difference with our breathing in the house. I would recommend this product to anyone searching for a high quality air purifier for their home!
