Great store. Sean (General Mgr) is that rare breed of having definitive product knowledge, lots of patience and won't upsell you on product you don't need. Sean fixed me up perfectly for my home office stereo after carefully listening to what I wanted to achieve. Do yourself a favor and skip Best Buy for better quality product and go to IQ Home Entertainment.

Fantastic store with very knowledgeable and friendly team. We purchased a set of Focal Aria floor standing speakers from them in the store. Johnny demoed the speakers for us and helped us to put them in our car. Excellent experience throughout.

From Virginia to California in 1 week😃❗️

I chanced upon IQ Home Entertainment online and decided to make a phone call. Sean made the time and we had a spirited audio conversation. He offered me a pair of Focal Sopra 1 at a good price. I emailed him saying I’d think about it.

Next day, called him on the phone. “Hey Sean, you know those red ones? Let’s write them up before I change my mind.” They arrived in a week. A B&W center channel speaker is arriving tomorrow.

Thanks from your West Coast customer. Highly recommended, even from the other end of continent!

We had our basement remodeled this summer and we used Johnny as our theater advisory throughout the design and buildout. He took the time to review our theater design and gave us great feedback - all for free! Even before we were committed to ordering equipment from him.

We ended up ordering subs, receiver, screen, cables, universal remote, and the projector from Johnny. I was prepared to pay him a little more than I could find online because he was so good to us during our basement design phase and I wanted to support a local business. However, when I compared his pricing to what I could find online, I realized he was really giving us the best pricing around. We ran into some issues with the screen being delayed a few weeks but Johnny more than made up for that.

Overall, I’m very happy with my experience with IQ and especially Johnny. I’ll be doing business with them again in the future. Highly recommended.

Had a great experience working with Sean. Extremely knowledgeable and unlike the other companies around, he was not trying to push me toward any one product or brand just because of what was available. We were able to narrow down all my equipment needs based on past experience and also beat all the other competition in pricing.
Not to mention, they had the ability to actually get the stuff for me on time, which is hard to do now with most places having delays and backorders. Loving the set up and the recommended projector. Would highly recommend these guys.

I worked with Johnny to get a set of good quality home theater speakers for my projector set up. It had been over two years since I last talk to him about it. He was good about the delay. A lower level renovation and COVID-19 was most of that. I considered Focal but that was a reach, SVS was really my only realistic option to Klipsch. What can I say, for value and dynamic sound, Klipsch won. I’ve been a fan since my first stereo pair I got back in 1978! I highly recommend IQ over the big box store. They are great to deal with and will patiently show you all that is possible. Talk to Johnny or Shawn for good advice and a good deal!

Really happy with the Klipsch Reference Premier Dolby Atmos system (13 speakers) and Denon AVR-6500H receiver I purchased from IQ Home Entertainment. Although I think the FedEx guy hates me now.

Sean was extremely helpful in adjusting my system to meet my needs and fixing a shipping issue where the receiver must have been dropped. Shipped me a replacement out as soon as they received the return.

I called several times with technical questions and was helped by a knowledgeable professional each time.

The system sounds fantastic!
I just hope my house can stand those two SPL-150 subwoofers.
