I ordered a used Dell. I was looking at the specs in the listing on their site and thought I was ordering an i7 7th gen. When I got it it was an i5 7th gen. After going back and looking at the listing again the title did say i5. So I emailed them to make them aware as there were still 3 more machines for sale. I never heard anything back from them at all. I expected at least a thank you. I have since set up the machine and have found the specs said it had a built-in Bluetooth adapter and a built-in wi-fi adapter which it had neither. So I assume the specs for the entire machine were wrong. I would be more careful if I was ever going to order from them and only expect to get exactly what is in the title of the listing as in my case all other specs were wrong and customer service was nonexistent.

I would recommend that you avoid purchasing from InStock901 based on a poor experience with them.
In April 2023, I purchased a used 4002 shredder from InStock901 advertised on Amazon as a cross-cutting shredder but instead received a strip-cutting 4002 shredder which does not provide adequate security for the medical and financial documents that I need to shred. Due to its size and weight, this shredder was shipped by truck on a pallet with special packaging. I could not have known it was a strip-cutting shredder until it was fully unpackaged and first used for shredding.
The seller offered a partial refund of $600 with me keeping the wrong shredder or a return if I could repackage it myself which is quite challenging and time consuming. The partial refund would leave me with a loss of nearly $1000 and a large, heavy useless shredder, and I do not have the time, materials or experience to return it on a pallet without risking damage during shipping. The seller claimed the error was due to incorrect display of product specifications by Amazon, but at best this error is very sloppy for an expensive item.
The failure of this company to take responsibility for their error says a lot about their business practices and the risk you are taking if you purchase from them.

Counterfeit: used item advertised as factory refurbished

I purchased an APC SMART-UPS from this vendor through Newegg. It was advertised as "APC Authorized Factory Refurbished"; advertised to contain "Brand new APC approved batteries"; and advertised to have a 2-year warranty.

The unit I received had a lot of physical blemishes, an internal cable with damaged sheathing (and conductors showing), damaged internal brackets for the front bezel, and a non-OEM battery. I contacted the manufacturer to perform a query on the serial number and the support rep informed me that the unit was not factory refurbished, that it was manufactured in 2012, and that the unit is out of warranty (obviously). I can tell you that given its condition, it certainly would not pass APC’s quality checks for refurbishment.

Shame on you.

I have purchased from them off of e-bay and everything was smooth and as described. I had some other phones that needed a firmware upgrade and they were happy to help at a reasonable price. Please ask for Miro, super helpful and easy to work with! Highly recommend working with them.

These guys are my local IT supplier and they are fantastic. Used equipment is the way to go if you know what you are doing. It is far cheaper and better for the environment. So far we have spent less then 5k on a setup that would have cost over 10 times that new just three years ago. Plus with these guys, the firmware is always updated, tested, and factory reset. As for price, I've not found better, anywhere. I usually check ebay and other sites before buying and so far I've almost always gone with instock901 when they had what I needed. The only thing I wish they would do is open their warehouse to shopping. I've been inside and let me tell you, its nuts the amount of stuff they have.

BE CAREFUL People. Worth customer service I had ever received.

I found this company through newegg.com so I had decided to order a Dell desktop directly from their website (instock901.com) inside newegg.com thinking that I will deal with high professional company and electronic warehouse. However it was totally the reverse.

While I am so in need of this desktop for college and remote work. I ordered a Dell desktop that has certain specifications listed on their website but when I received the item, it was a totally different item with slow specs and It was defective and broken.
When I tried to reach out to them using phone numbers/Emails, they offer a partial refund of 4% of the item Which I never receive from them. I wouldn't recommend deal with directly since you will get no customer service and by doing that I am not returning back to by anything from them.

Ordered from the online store and I am very please with the whole transaction - shipping, packaging, item condition, and communication. Refurbished computer was in GREAT shape! A+ - So glad I chose to go with these guys. Will be back for all my computer needs.

I needed a computer that I could throw a GPU in for my girlfriend, so I settled with the Dell OptiPlex 9010 MT (no OS). I fix computers as a hobby, so I was very eager to take a look at it.

Right out of the box, the computer was covered in protective padding and bubble wrap. I did not observe any damage caused by shipping (likely due to their thorough application of bubble wrap.)

Before I turned it, on I opened it up and did a complete and thorough inspection. Cable management was done very professionally, and the tower was completely void of any dust. They had obviously cleaned it before shipping it out, which was a nice gesture. The processor heat-sink and cooling fan were mounted correctly, and the RAM was seated properly. Visual inspection of the inside of the case did not yield any damage.

The outside of the case had some minor cosmetic damage. The top of the case was slightly bent, and the plastic shroud in the front had a few small hairline cracks. In addition, there was minor scuffing on the back of the computer around the lock. These defects in no way affected performance and were not at all visible from the inside of the case.

Booting to Windows (which I had installed) I confirmed that it had the same specifications as advertised. I then installed a GPU (a GTX 1050 ti). Installation was very straightforward and the case had plenty of space.

Conclusion:
The computer is exactly as advertised on Newegg. No functional defects were observed, and I am very pleased with this purchase. I would rate it a 10/10 purchase.
