Amazing showroom, knowledgeable and helpful staff. The sales team is not overbearing and don't push hard for sales. They genuinely want to see people happy with their lighting designs more than they want to make a sale. You will not feel like you are being pushed to make a purchase. I love to shop and not feel like I'm being followed around and rushed to make a decision.
The showroom is BEAUTIFUL!! There is so much to know and learn about lighting, fixtures, bulbs, ceiling fans....etc..etc. These professionals know what they are doing both in the design/decor and the electrical/technical areas! They are very versatile and an amazing group of people!
Ask for Cindy or Jeff!! They both helped me so much.

Haven’t shopped here yet, but disappointed see a company van parked in a handicapped parking spot with two men hopping out of the vehicle and running into a McDonald’s. No handicap stickers in sight

Not a very wide selection of lighting options. Kind of confusing to get to building as well. The staff were not very friendly or helpful to us. Felt like we were a nuisance or inconvenience. Pricing was OK but could’ve been better.

I bought 3 Schonbek chandeliers and 2 Schonbek sconces. With the first chandelier they installed it wearing gloves and it looks great. The 2nd and 3rd (and the sconces) they did not use gloves so the crystals are covered with finger prints. After much hassle I was able to schedule their return. The fixtures were sprayed down with crystal cleaner and allowed to drip dry. I now have 2 chandeliers and 2 sconces with finger prints and water marks. I will be paying someone else to clean them properly. In the future I will not be purchasing any fixtures from Indiana Lighting. It is my recommendation that you do the same, or at least budget to have someone clean them after installation.

I went into the showroom to look at light fixtures for the home we purchased. I looked online for at least 10 hours trying to find the perfect fixtures. What I realized is that it is very hard to do without looking at the size of fixtures in person. I met Laura and Erin in the showroom and they were SO helpful! They especially helped me determine the size of the fixture I needed for the size of my rooms and helped me purchase the correct size fixture for over my dining table. They gave me such peace of mind and I am so grateful for their kind help. I encourage everyone in the market for fixtures to visit them because they make light fixtures easy.

Very nice people and also very helpful. Was in search of a piece to complete a chandelier and had been at every Lighting electric and hardware store on the north side. These folks had it found it for me out of their miscellaneous Parts container. We hope to be doing more business with them in the very near future on a new Chandelier. Very competitive pricing. We quickly came to the conclusion that we had been wasting time searching online 4 a lighting fixture with the prices online being substantially higher than those at the Indiana lighting store. We look forward to visiting with them again very soon.

The space itself is clean and nice so nothing bad there. Just… come dressed to impress I guess. I was just there in my casual outfit and wasn’t approached by any staff whereas everyone else was. Just kind of off putting.

Also in regards to stock, if you’re looking for something that has to be built into a home (chandelier, sconce, etc) this is a great selection. However I came in looking for a floor lamp and their selection reminded me of a retirement home. They had hundreds of options for chandeliers and sconces but around 20 or less floor lamps, all something out of the 80s or what a rich home thinks looks modern.

All-in-all, disappointing as someone who tries to shop local rather than giving money to Amazon but if you’re shopping for floor lamps, look elsewhere.
