Purchased the 223W-LED 4' High Bay fixtures to update the lighting in my 14,000 sq.ft. private gym (Matador Performance Center) from florescent to LED lighting and results were amazing. High quality products and terrific customer service from the ownership & staff; pricing obtained was very competitive too. Wonderful experience working with this company.

Worst lights, bought over 40 high bay lights 26 of my lights have burnt out and more are starting to go. Have contacted the company over the last several month now after continuously getting passed back and forth between Hykolity and Amazon. Hykolity has admitted they have a 5 year warranty but refuses to honor it. Have all receipts and then they advised they cant find orders over 2 years ago. Do not buy from this company. Will be filing a complaint with BBB and seeking legal advice for consumer fraud.

Bought a pair of their lights to hang up in my cargo trailer to use when I have it parked. Brand new lights came damaged and neither one would work right out of the box. Apparently this is a common issue with these lights. I received a full refund and no return of the lights was wanted. Guess they don't want the trash either.

Don't just walk way. . Run. Don't be fooled by good reviews. . . Cheaply made. Customer service is awful. This company does not care that they take your hard earned $$$$ inexchage for garbage that will need to be uninstallerd at your expense and thrown into the garbage.
Their response was "sorry for the inconvenience " . . They can put that response where the sun doesn't shine.
Shame on them wasting someone's hard earned money. I'm sure my experience is not unique.

Worst experience ever. Poorly made lights that do not last. The lights were a waste of money as well the money to install them. This company did not care, their ads look good bit don't be fooled.

Thus company sells poorly made products. That will not only waste your $$$ to purchase but will waste your $$ to.install and then uninstall. They simply don't care about all the $$ you wasted.

Amazing company! They worked with me to get me the product I needed in the time I needed to the best of their ability. Their product is also made with quality. Cannot recommend enough!! I bought their exit signs with emergency lights and I do not regret it.

I normally do not review companies, but this has been one of the best corporate and customer service experiences I have seen in modern times.

Their lights are very comparable to those found at the local buying clubs and home improvement stores, but at a lower price. They are budget lights, and the housings do feel like a budget option, but all the fixtures that I have purchased have functioned flawlessly. My only complaint is that they don't offer a vapor tight high bay.

We have replace our lights with the LED flat panels and could not be happier. We have made 3 different orders and only had a few come damaged. The process to get replacement was effortless and the costumer service has been great.
