I had a very disappointing experience with this shop (Hugo Sonidos). I went in to have a screen and rear camera installed on my F-150. We agreed on a price of $300, and I was told the job would be done in four hours.

After five hours, I returned to pick up my truck, only to find that they hadn’t even started the installation. The reason? The technician simply said that another customer had come in and offered him $500, so he prioritized their job over mine. He even told me, “Do you expect me to turn down $500 to work on yours instead?”

This is completely unprofessional and a huge waste of my time. In the end, he just told me to take my truck back. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable service.

AUDIO PRO’S AND OUTLAW SUCK! Hugo negotiated prices and his daughters helped me out till he got there. He said he could install it right there and I was In n Out.

GREAT DEALS!!! I will be coming back, and sending everyone I can! I have nothing but good things to say. Hugo and his daughter was very welcoming and answered any question I had , was absolutely helpful with picking out everything I needed, good people. He hooked it up with a whole set up for the LOW !! He also does installation!! 10/10 DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!!

Took my ride to get speakers installed and buy a new stereo.. he decided the other customer was spending a lot more money then I was so he told me come back another day after I was already there first and had dropped off my ride just to have to go back and pick up..

I used Hugo before that's why I went back. I told him I was positing to texas and wanted all new speakers and a double din before I left. He was not even there when I showed up at the time he said to. That should have been my sign to leave. I spent 1400 cash for the work and music. The stereo is horrible quality , you can barely hear the speakers and two have already blown out, he left part of the truck hanging and had greasy fingerprints all over my interior. The back up camera was upside down, I had to go back because he left the far back speaker cover hanging. He also cut the defroster cable out because itnwasnt attached. Who does that! Basically I will have to redo all my music because what he put in is trash. If you value your hard earned money by DO NOT spend here.
