We purchased 2 Lazy Boy recliners recently. We did experience a problem with one of the chairs. The staff were very understanding. They sent a truck with 2 very kind employees to pick up the chair. They took it back to the store, fixed the problem, and brought it back the next day. All the employees there are great and care about their customers. Great customer service.

We always find what we are looking for. We've bought from them many times and never had a problem. This trip we got a new pub table that I actually saw online but wasn't sure it they had it in the store which they did and I love it so much!!!! Also got matching night stands to replace the antique marble tops we were using and I'm extremely happy with the new night stands.

I stopped in to take a preliminary look at kitchen appliances for a renovation and a new washer and dryer. The salesman wouldn’t give me opportunity to speak for myself and tell him about what I need and what I am looking for. He cut me off almost every time I had a question. Additionally, many of his first points were negative points about products or brands.

The first thing he had to say about built in ovens was that they were 40% more expensive and implied it wasn’t worth it. Well, I need a built in oven given how small my space is and would be willing to pay for it!

I’m sure other members of the sales team are not this way, but my experience was disappointing. I immediately felt like my business was not appreciated.

Purchased several major appliances in October 2022. The Refrigerator has been nothing but headaches since we got it. Over 5 service calls on the same issue. My wife called this morning to speak to a store representative about get us help and service documents. Never have I heard so much negative comments. One of the most unprofessional non customer service experiences ever!
