Made an appointment online to get 4 tires mounted, I was promptly called back to confirm. Had my paperwork ready to go when I walked in the door. Bit of a wait, but to be expected when busy. Free alignment check informed me I'd need an alignment. They provide a nice waiting area (with TV & Wi-Fi access) while work is being done. Nice staff and reasonable prices. Would be glad to have work done here again.

Excellent company and service. Very friendly and engaging when you show up. Very competent and expert to advise on what should be done. Felt they were honest and fair. Cost was reasonable and felt it was appropriate for the service and repair. Highly recommend.

I took my car here out of sheer necessity of needing 2 tires put on before the snow storms and an alignment after some other parts were replaced. They called to tell me that they could not complete the alignment and gave me a list of things that needed fixed with an almost $2000 estimate. One part in particular was priced at $440 (for the part alone, labor was listed separately). We had just replaced this part on the other side for less than $100. I do understand the difference between OEM vs aftermarket parts, I was not given any option on what I wanted. I asked them to put the tires on and took my car to a trusted shop to get checked out. I actually needed 2 out of the 9 parts Glotfelty's told me I needed. I will not be taking my car back here under any circumstances.

Pulled off the highway while driving to Deep Creek and our brakes were making a terrible noise. The folks at Glotfelty diagnosed the problem, and resolved the issue quickly and professionally. Fair prices too.

One star is more than I should give! I special ordered Arctic Claw tires, I get there at 9 am for my appointment set for an hour and half when staff informed me they sold my tires the day before. Very unprofessional at the very least! Nobody from management to owners apologized or offered to get me a replacement set, I got junk tires in place of mine. Do you not mark special order tires or check for appointments to see where the only set of tires went? Road noise is horrible and I have ice skates on my car.If I wanted tires off the rack I would have had them put them on!!

Overpriced and now that I need to change my brakes I can't even get my tires off because off over tighten studs. Really poor employee labor and very over priced. I most definitely wouldn't recommend them to even change a wheelbarrow tire

Having car troubles while vacationing doesn't land on the "things to do" list.
They got us in that day, put the car on the lift as soon as we arrived (20 min early), and got us back on the road at a fair price (brakes and rotors).
Glad we found Glotfelty's.

My family and I are new in town and this was my first time coming here for tires! The staff was super friendly and very knowledgeable!! The service was quick as well and they did take walk ins which was awesome!! I highly recommend and I will definitely return!!
