Crushed my phone on a work trip to Alabama. I was totally expecting to be turned away and disappointed to find that my phone was beyond repair. However, Anna saved the day and quickly put me at ease. With care and good spirit my phone was fixed in a timely manner for a fair price. I brought my laptop there with a hardware issue and I must say, this is one of the best electronic repair placeses I have been too. Quick responses even with the work load for a small shop. Anna is the best! I brought my iPhone in because I dropped it in water. My SIM card worked, but the phone was dead. I am elderly with medical issues and live alone and the phone is my lifeline. She was kind enough to put my SIM card in one of her phones and give it to me as a loaner. After I got a new phone in a week I went back to switch SIM cards. She charged me nothing, nada, zero! She spent time trying to get my phone working and didn’t charge me. I wanted to tip her, but didn’t have cash on me. I am having her do some pc work in a week or so and I’ll make sure she is well paid.
Don’t even think of going anywhere else!!

My PS5 HDMI got a beating and broke. I wasn't able to get it to ever work and thought to myself "Dang, I gotta go get a new one I can't ever afford." Well, turns out in Alex City there's an amazing woman who can fix my problem! Not only was she super sweet, she kept me updated on everything going on! I was super excited to plug it in and have my playstation back. Not only was the price amazing, my whole experience was. Oh, and it only took about a week. If I ever have any problem ever again, I'm going here!!
