*UPDATE: Easy to make exchange and refund. We had 3 visits to get a product no one else carried. The knowledge about the brands they carry cannot be found elsewhere. Great price as well. Some convenience items were priced higher, but we do not buy for convenience, we get whats needed. Also, free popcorn!

Great Home Center! We traveled an hour to pick some things up that other places do not carry! Prices are great compared to other places. Everyone was incredibly helpful and nice!

The apparently new help they have is no help. Specifically asked if they had untreated NOT pressure treated landscape timbers and the employee said”yes we have them.” He had even put me on hold to allegedly ask someone there. I arrived and went to the order desk to find no one there. Several employees passed by not asking if I needed help; finally had to stop one and send them to find a qualified person to assist. Disappointing to drive out of my way to find out NO, they do not carry that product. The other staff at least tried to apologize to their credit.

Terrible customer service. Love how the cashier just watched me struggle trying to open the door while pushing a cart and carrying stuff. Highly suggest just going to ACE in Eaton way better customer service.

Friendly customer service, competitive prices, and great selection. It is a great place to get Milwaukee tools and building materials. They're the best.
